Busselton Jetty - The first ‘Must-See’ attraction. Stretching 1.841 kilometers over the serene waters of Geographe Bay, the heritage-listed Busselton Jetty is the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere and features one of only six Underwater Observatories in the world! Allocate up to 2 hours for a complete train ride and underwater observatory tour (bookings recommended). Plan extra time for lunch and the large pirate ship playground either before or after the tour.

Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience - Among the six caves in the region that welcome tourists, this one is a family favorite. After a walk through native bushland, enter the well-lit cave and navigate 350 steps while marveling at its natural beauty. A souvenir shop, nature playground, and kids’ cave tunnel are some of the amenities that enhance the experience.

South Region Tour

Mammoth Cave - Mammoth Cave is the easiest to explore. Tours are self-guided with headsets available in multiple languages. The first cavern is wheelchair accessible and suitable for young children, with the rest of the well-lit cave tour involving 370 steps. The exit includes 170 steps leading to a bush walk through the ridge.

Berry Farm - A popular lunch spot for families. Choose from a variety of platters and meals while sampling fruit wines, liqueurs, preserves, or jams made from local produce. Three playgrounds and farm animals will entertain the kids while you browse the gourmet goods.

Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse - Located at the southwestern tip of WA, this is the tallest lighthouse on mainland Australia, offering stunning views of the Southern and Indian Oceans. A café, interpretive center, and well-maintained grounds provide plenty of relaxing options after the climb.
