Awesome - Ja-kobe and amber were awesome tour guides, good dad jokes but explained everything of the factory and the way it works perfectly. Over all was an awesome tour and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go

Bundaberg rum fun - Amber and Jakobi took us on the tour. I enjoyed the jokes and puns. You start off yourself going through the museum and then you join the tour in the movie room. The tour itself isn’t quite what I expected it’s pretty much tasting molasses smelling some stuff and looking at vats. It is done in such a way that it is enjoyable. You finish the tour able to taste two drinks of your choice as part of your ticket price and can get soft drink if you don’t drink. I ended up buying bottles of the two drinks I tried as they were delish. The coffee and chocolate liqueur and the spiced rum. The liqueurs can only be purchased at the distillery so it’s worth a visit. You can do the tour with a bottle of water but watches, phones, modern car keys must be locked up at the start of the tour.

A must do in Bundaberg. - This was a well worth visit today. Great insight into an extremely well operated business that puts Bundaberg on the international map. Well done Jayden and Bobbie - safety was a really important matter that you considered, everything was presented with humour and it was a good, well paced and informative tour.

Good inside look at the creation of Rum - The tour itself is pretty good. You get an inside look in the process of making rum in all the different stages. You get to taste or smell some of the products and at the end you get a taster of 2 drinks of your choice. Soft drinks are available for kids. There is a lot of jokes around during the tour. Some are nice (we're rumming out of time), sometimes it is a bit much. No photography allowed anywhere during the tour.

Rude worker - The tour was great, and the two girls who ran the tour were very entertaining and informative, however the woman in the shop was rude and opinionated to the extent was going to walk away from the whole experience. One bad apple doesn't ruin the whole batch. The rest was good.
