Your adventure begins at our Molasses well, home to 5 million litres of fresh molasses directly from our neighbours at Millaquin Sugar Mills. From there, discover the process of our liquid fermentation and distillation. Lastly, we move on to our impressive Barrel House, where you will understand the process of our rum’s aging and maturation, which lasts for at least two years before our product makes its way into a bottle.
