Drink up! - It was a nice, educational tour. You can walk through and see samples of machines that make the drinks and see model Bundaberg bottles being transported on the conveyor belt. There was an oversize Bundaberg Ginger Beer bottle that stacked thousands of small regular sized Ginger Beer bottles in a range of flavours, which I thought was very clever. The tasting was great and got to taste 12-13 flavours and they also allowed us to take home 6 Ginger Beer bottles to take home which are all paid for as part of the tour price. You can pick 6 of the same or 6 different flavours or any combination in between, which ever flavours appeal most to you.

The nectar of the gods - What a vibe the moment you arrive there’s stunning gardens and birds chirping away. Once you walk inside this magical place we were meet with massive smiles and warm welcomes. The staff were so kind and friendly. We did the tour and the interactive smell station was so much fun for the kids trying to guess the different scents. Then after learning so many amazing things we took part in the taste testing of all 13 flavours of drinks. Damo was our bartender and server and master of fun. He made the tour so much fun & full of laughs. Such amazing value and a great place to check out. Incredible value for money as you also get a six pack to take home with each ticket. Highly recommend can not wait to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoyable tour - Excellent value for money. Very informative and Laurie was a marvellous, entertaining and knowledgeable host. Very interesting self guided tour. Thoroughly enjoyed learning about all the flavours and the tasting. For the $20 each ticket you get all this and then a 6 pack each to choose. Very rare nowadays to receive such value for money. Highly recommend

Small, but perfectly formed - This is a small, but fascinating interpretive centre and shop for the non alcoholic drinks side of the famous rum business. There is free parking. It explains the origins of the business, processes involved and offers an opportunity to try flavours you may never have heard off. You can also buy them single or in packs to take home.

Perfect experience. - The self guided tour was awesome. A very informative exhibit. The staff are professional and very informative. Meagan, who was our taste tester guide, knew her job perfectly. She is polite, friendly and has a wonderful sense of humour. I would highly recommend this experience and the products.

Interesting if you are a Ginger Beer fan. - Tour and visit consisted of walking through several rooms with informational placards and simulations of the factory floor. Information was instructive and interesting. Visit then concluded with a group tasting of about a dozen of the ginger beer variations. Interesting tastes. We were then allowed to choose six ginger beers to take with us, although not the chilled ones. Worth doing if you are travelling through Bundaberg, but not really worth an extra effort.

Cool place - good tastings. - Visited while in Bundaberg - interesting the history of Bundaberg Ginger Beer and the many new soft drink flavors. Enjoyed tasting 13 flavors.... and we were pleasantly surprised that we could each select our own 6 pack to take home - all included in the $20 tour fee. A place worth visiting.

Nice but small - The venue itself is charming, though smaller than I expected based on the photos online. The experience began with a tasting of their various beverages, which was enjoyable and gave us a good sense of their range. Afterward, we moved through an area that explained how their beverages are made, which was informative but relatively brief. The highlight was receiving a pack of six bottles to take home at the end, which added a nice touch. However, considering the overall experience, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it offered. It’s worth visiting if you’re a Bundaberg fan or in the area, but manage your expectations.

Rude staff. Not worth the money. - Absolutely awful experience here doing the tasting. Found it hard to get a park so we were 3 minutes late, then had to wait to be served at the front counter. Was told they had already started. Got squeezed in between other groups and was then told by Daphne they had already done half the tastings and she couldn't go back. At the end, Daphne made no offer to try the drinks we'd missed, even though there was clearly enough left for us to try. When a man from another group asked to have a small taste of one he'd already tried, she said ok. Then gave us a tiny taste of one we'd missed. Did not offer to give us a taste of any others, then continued to pour them down the sink telling us she had to set up for the next tasting. After taking 10 minutes to choose our take away selections the next group had not arrived and we were left feeling very unsatisfied. Very rude staff. Expensive. Would not recommend. Totally forgot who the customer was.
