Delicious Learning Experience - I would highly recommend this course for anyone interesting in learning to make pasta — including types that are unique to Sardinia. After terrific guidance from Ovan we sat for a delicious three course meal (with pasta we made) in his home with breathtaking views of the Sardinian mountains. We look forward to reproducing lovely food memories of Sardinia when we return home.

Fantastic Experience - My wife and I took this class with Ovan and had such a wonderful time. He was able to offer gluten free pasta for my wife to eat, but she was still able to participate in the pasta making experience. Ovan is incredibly personable and curious, making for a great teacher and fast friend at the table. I highly recommend taking the time to do this course, and the view is something spectacular, too!

His cooking is delicious. Man is just as good. - What a delicious timeless time we spent thanks to Ovan!! Delicious, lunch was. Ovan is a talented cook who was able to transform the pasta and ravioli we had prepared with him into 3 delicious dishes thanks to the multi-flavoured ingredients he had cooked in parallel. These dishes could appear without blushing on the menu of a starred restaurant! Its white wine is also worth a visit. Man is also delicious! Simple, subtle and refined as is his kitchen. There are meetings we don't forget. This will be part of it as far as I am concerned.

Sardinian cooking at its best - Ovan, a warm and empathetic host, made our experience one of the best cooking classes. The pasta was tasty, the explanations were simple and clear, and little laughs in between made it a very enjoyable experience. Thankyou!!

Amazing experience! - Amazing experience! We drove back from Castelsardo to the south, to have such a wonderful experience again! Ovan cooked delicious food and we felt very welcome.

Give yourselves a wonderful gift on vacation and book a class with Ovan - This was clearly the best grand finale to our Sardinia vacation that we could have asked for. Ovan was prepared for and helped us to learn to make pasta dough and 5 different shapes of pasta, including Sardinian ravioli. During this time, he taught us the details of storage and cooking pasta , how to make plant based coloring and sauces. We learned a good deal about nutrition and farming practices. He then sat us at a table with a grand view of the mountains and served us a 4 course dinner with the pasta we had made. This fabulous memory will stay with us forever.
