A pleasant experience - This is not unmissable, in fact we went along only because we had vouchers. Having said that, we enjoyed our afternoon. Firstly we visited Alison's home to learn about salt production. We tasted a few different products and loved her stories. Alison is very entertaining (and yes she does have the best Loo and better wine). That was followed by a mediocre tea tasting and finally an interesting time with a local honey producer. The venues change over time. It was nice for the driver in our holiday group to have the afternoon off driving and to see the scenery as we travelled between stops. I think it's overpriced and wouldn't be my first choice of tour, but it all gets down to personal preferences.

Information, gluten free food and entertaining. - This was a great tour!! The Tahitian princess was entertaining and informative. The tea production was interesting and the bee keeper was amusing and fascinating. Thank you for providing gluten free food. This was one of the highlights of my trip and as well as being well fed I was able to buy souvenirs for myself, family and friends. Thank You :) Julie

Love that honey. Great tour - The highlight was the bee man who was so knowledgeable and passionate about his subject. Could have listened to him all day and of course the honey was delicious. The tea tasting was lovely and the initiative shown by that young man was impressive. The stories of the salt lady were fascinating

An interesting tour - This was an interning trip around 4 different venues. We saw the salt makings the honey man the liquor making and all the things you can do with bananas. Each place was well organised and the tour was interesting

Afternoon enjoyed! - Great way to spend the afternoon, travelling between places and learning about what they eat and where their food comes from. We visited a home where green banana fritters were made for us; another home where they harvest salt and had a piece of chocolate pie and we also visited Norfolk Island Liqueurs where we sampled the different liqueurs on offer.

Visit a few farms and local producers. - Enjoyable tour. First stop was fried green Banana fritters on a local property. Then on to a honey producer where we learned about the bees, hives and tasted some honey and fruit. Then tasting some liquor where we purchased a couple of bottles then onto a home where they produce salt and information about the production as well as tasting some pork, beef and sweets. She is a real character.

The first part and rhe... - The first part and rhe last part tasting honey were great. I loved Brooke's 2 duck friends. The visit to the liqueur place wasn't as good. There was lots to taste, but it would have been more interesting to hear about the process.

Islanders share their produce - We visited a lady who makes lots of preserves. She treated us to some local delicacies made from banana - a slice, some fritters and green banana dish. Lovely garden and great views. Then to learn about making sea salt from sea water collected locally. We were able to view the process and taste the dried salt, and a couple of dishes including island beef cooked using the flavoured salt. Citrus grows all over te islans nd we were ble to fill ur packets with mandarins. Yum. Then onto the liqueur maker. Tasting only and sales, of course. No explanation of the process, or where the ingredients sourced tho. Final stop at a lovely jungley property where we were introduced to flow hives and honey. The operator only had 2 hives tho. We had chopped fruit with honey for a snack. I would have liked to seen more tastes of Norfolk on this trip.
