Great experience - Everything went smoothly. We were greeted at the airport with a sign and immediately taken to the vehicle waiting for us. The provider kept in touch with us before our trip to make sure that everything was as planned. They provided us with information about how to find them, to be careful of other taxi companies trying to convince you to ride with them, and all the necessary contact information. Again, the day before our departure, they reached out to confirm our pick up time at the hotel, and arrived right on time. Payment was done in full in cash at the time of pick up at the airport, but there was no hesitancy in making the payment. They were very reliable, friendly, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable.

Get me there, FAST! - This was a mini getaway for us. The pick up at the airport was in a mini van. The pick up at the hotel was done with a larger shuttle style van. In both cases the traveling was private, quick, about 25 minutes to our hotel/ airport. I would use them again.

Excellent - I had an excellent experience with the round trip transfer from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana. Drivers were both pleasant and professional. My biggest concern going to LATAM is a driver who is cautious and responsible with my family as often some of them break the laws and drive erratic, Punta Cana transfer is mindful of driving tourists in a comfortable responsable manner. I will use them and recommend them for your transfer needs. Ask for driver with WIFI in the car, makes a big difference with kids! DG.

Must-Book Airport Transport! - Punta Cana Transportation was a highlight during our trip! After a long flight, seeing all of the craziness outside of the PUJ airport was so overwhelming but our driver, Tobi, was right by the door with our name so we knew exactly where to go. Tobi was an absolute delight and even stopped for refreshments after our flight. He was there early for our pick-up from the resort, as well. The company keeps track of your flights so you don't need to send them any kind of updates as things inevitably get delayed. We rode in style and comfort and the price was excellent, especially compared to other services that weren't nearly as luxurious! We would book with them again in a heartbeat!
