Amazing! - Had such a wonderful time at this farm cooking class. It is one of the highlights of my trip to Viet Nam. Alice was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, and I loved learning about the growing methods for mushrooms and crops on the farm. The cooking section was super organised, with perfect mise en place, and I was provided with vegetarian friendly options. I was travelling on my own, and had a great time with the group! Highly recommend for everyone!

A very fun day - What a full on day of experiences and learning flavour combos. I was very happy that I could request special dishes that we have enjoyed during our time touring Vietnam and the chef was more than happy to accomodate our requests

Amazing experience to discover the Vietnamese cuisine - What a great experience! You learn a lot on the plants and vegetables used in the Vietnamese cuisine. The cooking class is great and the chef teaches you how to prepare classic Vietnamese dishes. Super welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend if you want to discover or learn more about that wonderful food.

Vegan and meat cooking class in one - recommend! - I did the vegan course and my boyfriend did the meat course, very similar and we had our own private cooking class even though he added meat, so it was perfect! Very informative about the vegetables and herbs we used and how they are used at home for remedies. The course itself was perfect and the food was delicious! I loved that the food was easy to cook and not too complicated so that we can easily cook them for our family and friends back home. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hands on cooking and cultural experience - This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Transportation was provided to a wet market where Chef Daisy gave us a tour and described the different items and ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. From there, we were taken to the farm where we got to learn about the vegetables and herbs and pick some for the dishes we would prepare. The dishes were delicious and used simple, fresh ingredients we had just picked. Chef Daisy made us feel confident that we could make the dishes when we returned home.
