Our Salt Spring Island terminal is conveniently located in the heart of Ganges, providing easy access to the island’s unique shops, restaurants, and galleries. The terminal entrance can be found on the ground level, between Black Sheep Books and Steffich Fine Arts. Guests boarding at Ganges are required to check in at the terminal 40 minutes prior to departure. While flights depart and arrive via the Ganges Seaplane Dock, please note that check-in at the dock is not permitted.

After 25 minutes in the air, your pilot will make a quick landing on the Fraser River in Richmond.

• Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
