Their Whistler snowmobile adventures cater to all, from relaxed family rides to more challenging backcountry excursions.
- Operates in all weather conditions.
- Not suited for pregnant women.
- Children must be a minimum of 6 years old, 4 feet tall and fit into XXS helmet.
- Recommended to wear ski jacket and pants, warm boots and gloves, no mitts!
- Tour Duration: 2 hours for the Wilderness Tour
- Not wheelchair accessible without direct consultation with The Adventure Group prior to booking
- Transportation to Cougar Mountain without a private vehicle will be at your own cost and is not included in the tour price
- For guests with children aged 6-12 years old, our Family Tours are most suitable, Intermediate tours require all passengers to be 13+
- No Learner’s permits accepted. Drivers must hold valid Full or Novice license, physically presented

Cougar Mountain Road
Follow any map app to Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Road, Whistler BC. Turn off the highway at our large wooden sign that says Welcome to Cougar Mountain. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Parking is $10 for the day.

Adventure of a Lifetime! - The day was clear and the air was crisp! Will, our guide, gave our ride instructions, took us up and down the mountain safely. And did we go UP! The view down into the valley was beautiful!!! If you're thinking about taking a snowmobile ride, THIS IS THE ONE!
While still on our trip, we went back on last night in Whistler and explored the Vallea Lumina walk, it was so beautiful. Something you definitely want to do as a family or even if you're with friends.

Highly recommend! Amazing snowmobile tour! - WOW, what an amazing snowmobiling experience. The views were incredible, the terrain was great fun, the machines were in great condition and our guide George was amazing! He made sure that we had the best time out on the trails but could see he was keeping an eye out for everyone the whole time! Having George as our guide really made the tour for us!

Epic ride, best guide ever! - Snowmobile adventure in the snowy wilderness? Oh yeah, it’s as epic as it sounds. Got this as a birthday gift, and honestly, my expectations were low. But WOW—this was a blast! The views? Insane. The mountains? Totally majestic. Escaping from the grey vibes of Raincouver to a sunny snow-dreamland? 10/10 would recommend. Snow-covered trees, fresh trails, and pure aesthetic joy.
Heads up though: this stuff is dangerously fun. Like, how have I gone this long without trying snowmobiling? And why didn’t anyone tell me it’s this awesome? Pretty sure I’ll be asking Santa for a snowmobile next year. (Husband, if you’re reading this, take notes!)
IIt’s fast, it’s loud, and it handles corners like a drunk hippo—by which I mean it’s hilariously awesome.
!!!Huge props to our guide, who was a total legend. He’s British (sorry, I didn’t catch the name), and apparently, he came to BC for “four months”... three years ago. Guess he fell in love with this place, and honestly, same. He was super knowledgeable, ridiculously kind, and so passionate about snowmobiles. His enthusiasm was so contagious! He showed us jaw-dropping spots, answered all our questions, gave us a crash course in snowmobiles AND avalanche safety. Absolute legend!!!
Honestly, this was one of the best things I’ve ever done. If you’re in Whistler, DO IT. You’ll thank me later!

Snow fest - Came here for snowshoe hike, snowmobiling and night time light show. Not disappointed. Everything was excellent, safety paramount and all needs catered for. Can't fault them

Amazing fun of fun customized for our family - From the moment we walked into the storefront to book we knew it was going to be an amazing experience. Every employee is super knowledgeable and they made recommendations for our family. Shuttle picked us up right on time and delivered us to base camp. James our guide made sure we felt comfortable operating the sleds and then took us for an amazing ride. He stopped to check in on us and handled any hiccups seamlessly. He added a fun and super cool factor to the tour that the kids loved! They also added on the zipline which had gorgeous views and equally kind and knowledgeable guides that encouraged my reluctant 10yo. We returned at night for Valley Luminea and it was the perfect magical end to the day. Besides being thoroughly exhausted we have no complaints! The add-on packages are a great deal. While there is a warming hut and snacks for purchase, as well as complimentary hot chocolate, I would recommend packing a lunch if you are going to be on site all day.

Amazing Day Out - Luis was an amazing guide such a fun day out! He took us on a great track with the ski mobiles. Would highly recommend doing this adventure.
