It features a 5-course menu crafted by a Michelin-trained Chef who is also a former award-winning magazine editor (Travel+Leisure, Wallpaper*/Phaidon). The menu narrates the story of Montreal’s historic immigrant communities, with a hyper-seasonal selection where vegetables and proteins vary based on daily market finds. Set in a historic 1800s loft in Montreal’s Old Port, it can be complemented with discounted walking tours and cooking classes upon request. The Chef personally prepares each dish, and dinners are limited to 12 guests (unless private). Larger corporate, team, and private bookings are also available.

Every dish is expertly prepared and presented by a Michelin-trained Chef. Seating is limited to a maximum of 10 guests, unless arranged for private or corporate events. Guests can also appreciate the historic 1800s architecture of the kitchen loft space. All food allergies, religious requirements, and preferences are thoughtfully catered to.
