Hotel Collections: Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. All drivers will have a name board and are dressed in the Cab My Ride Business attire. Please provide your room number before the pick-up, as the receptionist may contact you upon our arrival.
Cruise Terminal Collections: Your driver will meet you at the arrivals area. All drivers will have a name board and are dressed in the Cab My Ride Business attire. It is advisable to contact us on the day of your collection to confirm your preferred pick-up time if you haven’t been assigned a time slot on board.
