Worth the trip! - The snorkeling was amazing, crystal blue waters. You dont have to go very far out to see fish. There was a ton of non venomous jelly fish that you could touch. Worth the long drive for sure. Make sure you try the mamajuana at the cigar factory. It is delicious!

Perfect Private Transportation - My wife and I received private rides both to and from the airport of Puerto Plata. Honestly amazing service was provided. Drivers were attentive, alert, best driving I’ve ever experienced. Air-conditioning provided, windows tinted for privacy. Safe secure reliable 5 stars.

Private Transfer from/to POP airport - Ismael Transfers was professional, courteous, and on-time for both pickup & drop off. We had no issues with the communication or accommodations . We used them for our RT transfer from/to POP airport & resort. Pickup & drop off details were exactly as directed. Both drivers we had were polite & personable. The transportation van was new, clean, spacious,, and well air conditioned. We will definitely use this company again for any future airport transfers, when vacationing back in DR.

Worth the wait - Transportation was great. The driver was outside the airportas promised. He had every right to cancel our Transportation agreement because of the wait. Due to our luggage not arriving and waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour for luggage, the driver was still very pleasent. He was even knowledgeable of the traffic flow and informed us that he would take a more effective route. Thank you for the courtesy

Highly satisfied client. - They are reliable, trustworthy and highly efficient. The operator made follow up messages to make sure that everything are on schedule and hassle free. They are on time. The van smells clean and in good shape. They have internet in the van. It was a smooth ride all the way from the resort to the airport. You’ll feel relaxed and confident that you’ll make it early to the airport. My driver, Raul, was very nice and observed safety on the road. Highly recommended.

Effortless travel with ITT— reliable, kind, and fantastic customer service - My experience was nothing short of amazing. As soon as I exited the airport, a member of ITT was standing with a clear sign to pick me up. He was so kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend for an easy trip and great customer service prior and post trip.

Professional service - Professional service. Confusion was created because our driver was in the washroom. People at the airport are aggressive in helping you but want money for their work. The vehicle was a nice people mover.
