Great day at the gardens - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to the Vallarta Botanical Gardens with stops at the coffee roaster and tequila distillery. Eric our guide and Sebastian our photographer were both amazing, friendly knowledgeable, and both had great personalities. The gardens were beautiful with so many varieties of flowers and butterflies. Add the chapel, hummingbirds, giant tortoises, guinea hens, dragon flies and various birds and the visit was a hit. Would suggest taking insect spray or available for purchase at the entrance.

Fun experience! - Started with a snafu, but ended up great! Jorge made sure we didn't miss a thing. The gardens are a beautiful place, and so peaceful. It was a fun time. Highly recommend.

Great experience! - What a great experience! The botantical gardens are stellar. Our guide, Emma is very knowledgeable about the history and local areas of Puerto Vallarta. Frederico, our driver is skilled at negotiating the narrow roads into the mountains. The tequila tasting was a plus! Recommend!

Worth the visit - Fantastic display of bromeliads, Tillandsias, orchids, succulents and numerous unique species of plants. Grounds are hilly but easy to negotiate. Beautiful river with clear blue green water. Botanist on staff to answer questions .
The tequila experience was in a stunning location overlooking jungle like hills. Funny presentation with more than enough to sample. Food was good.

Wonderful adventure at the botanical garden and tequila tours - Eric snd Jose was the best tour guide snd driver gave us a little history of the city and answered our questions. The young couple who photograph our venture was an added benefit

You must to do it! - It was the best experience in Puerto Vallarta! highly recommend it to all! We enjoyed all day and specially tequila testing!

Scam - The driver never came to pick me up, even though I was at the pick up location on time. No one called me or tried to reach out to me. When I called the company, the receptionist by name with Daniela was very rude and said, I was a no-show even though I was at the location. Then she lied and said that the driver called me and that they will not issue me a refund. I was really excited to go to the botanical garden and. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare.

Scam! rude service - this company is a scam. I booked for a 10 AM botanical garden trip and was waiting at the pick up location at 10 AM and by 10:15, No one came so I called the company and they said I was a no-show and they were not gonna refund me for the excursion. They offered to rebook me another day, but I’m leaving the following day and explained that to the receptionist who was extremely rude, Her name was Daniella. I would never book with this company again, so unprofessional. They never called me. Never tried to WhatsApp me.

Not guided tour within garden. Too hot. Expensive food. - Bad experience. Not a guided tour within botanical Garden. Tour is scheduled for mid morning and it was too hot to enjoy it. Tour should be offered in the morning to avoid heat stroke. The food offered at the tequila testing is very expensive 100 to 40 dollars. The tour guide didn't pick up/drop us at our hotel as advertised. I wouldn't recommend this tour.
