Upon making a reservation, a confirmation will be promptly sent, and the manager will reach out to you. Upon arrival at San Jose Airport, disembark the plane and proceed to the terminal. Inside, first pass through immigration, presenting your passport and documents, then collect your luggage. This process may vary in duration depending on the number of simultaneous arrivals. After retrieving your luggage, proceed through customs, submit your customs declaration form, and press a button. A green light allows you to proceed, while a red light indicates a random check before exiting the building.

Please be aware: On the way to the exit, you will encounter the first set of sliding glass doors, beyond which lies the first “Shark Tank” with persistent timeshare salespeople. It is advisable to ignore and avoid them, politely declining their offers. A second set of glass doors leads to another “Shark Tank,” where you can again decline. Continue until reaching the third and final set of sliding doors. Turn right to exit the airport terminal.

Upon exiting with your luggage, pass through the area where private taxi drivers offer their services. You will notice two bars on either side, and beyond them, a line of 13 large umbrellas. Your driver will be waiting under umbrellas 9 and 10, holding a sign with your name.
