Cairns Aquarium - Head to the Cairns Aquarium by 9:30am and explore at your own pace, encountering 16,000 animals from Tropical North Queensland’s two world heritage sites: the Wet Tropics Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. Your visit includes a 30-minute guided tour of the Turtle Rehabilitation Centre at 11:30am, where you can learn about the threats sea turtles face, such as plastic ingestion, boat collisions, and habitat destruction.
