Had so much fun I forgot to take pictures! - My wife and I had an amazing trip today to the Great Barrier Reef it was a very small group with only 6 passengers and 3 crew. The crew Sophie, Luke, and captain Makayla were incredibly helpful, kind, accommodating, insightful, and accommodating. They allowed me to sign up for an intro-dive last minute while we were underway and I had a 1 on 1 lesson for my first ever dive with Sophie, she worked with me and guided me even though I had some issues quite a bit were brought on by fear and by the end of it even though she basically dragged me through the water on a tour through the reef because I was still struggling to orientate myself, it turned out to be a ton of fun!

Highlight of Cairns - Such a great day out. Skippers and Captain were really attentive and safe. If you can't swim, this really isn't the trip for you unless you want to stay on the boat - but then you miss out on the whole reason for doing the trip! We saw LOADS of fish, a shark and a sea turtle. If you are prone to sea-sickness take a pill before you go on the trip as two of our guests had a terrible time. This trip was one of the highlights of our Australia holiday and I would thoroughly recommend this adventure.

Excellent experience - Excellent excursion!! Instructor Julian a genius explaining everything to dive. He gave me a lot of security, and speaking Spanish was a great help. Everyone in the crew very friendly, rich food and the dream landscape, being few people makes everything simpler and faster, we were 11 tourists. Super recommended!

Lovely full day on smaller sailboat with good diving. - A lovely day on the reef with brs diving. Small group on a smaller boat which meant that there was an opportunity to get to know the group. It created a familiar atmosphere on board. The crew was both knowledgeable and informative about what to expect about the activity.

Spectacular-Safe-Secure! - This is exactly the trip you should go on if either a first- timer or someone who has snorkeled since a child. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Despite being 66 years old with no previous experience, I felt very secure. The scenery is spectacular and you can either swim around on your own or latch on to a life ring for your tour. Thank you so much!

Accommodating and interesting. - Fun trip! Prescription snorkel masks and stinger suits were provided. Small group sizes. On the day of our tour the weather was a little choppy, but the crew were very patient and caring, allowing those who were nervous to hang on to a life ring attached by rope to the guide. Saw lots of fish, giant clams, and a turtle! However, it was clear that some of the crew disliked another crew member, and were treating her quite disrespectfully in front of the passengers. Also, though warning us to not touch the coral, the guide led us over some very shallow parts of the reef, making contact inevitable.

First time trip to GBR - The trip was an interesting experience with the snorkeling being the real highlight. The crew were helpful. The food could have been better and handing out cheese and fruit into the hand could have been better organized. Overall hygiene on board is a bit of concern!!

Rude crew - The snorkeling was beautiful but the crew alienated every passenger at the start with their aggressive management of the paperwork. It’s very difficult to undo first impressions!

Not a good option for seniors (65 and over) - Not for senior (65yrs.) travelers. First and foremost they tell you you must wear floatation devices over 65, but what they are, Ill fitting water ski vest, which are I'll fitted and miserable to snorkel in. It's automatic no matter you abilities. There are other, better snorkeling floatation devices, but they don't seem to care. They do provide a good lunch.

You can find a better trip than this - Having been to a few reef trips over the years, I can only say that this was the worst. The only positives I can think of is that we stuck to the schedule and got back on time despite the high winds / waves. Our day began with no welcome onto the boat, just some form filling and meeting a crew who seemed disinterested and unmotivated. The only crew member who I saw smile was a young woman who was new and in training.  The rest looked like they were just going through the motions. The only real engagement I observed was between a male member of the crew and two single females. I will not go into details here about the conversation, but I personally found It a bit creepy. The boat worked OK but the tap in the toilet didn't work, so no one could wash their hands throughout the trip. Lunch was very ordinary, but I guess that was not unexpected and they did have vegetarian options. The milk capsules for tea/coffee had turned to yoghurt. Later in the day , the crew served cheese and biscuits. However,  plates were too much to ask for, and they proceeded to serve chunks of cheese and biscuits into our hands. Cheese in one, biscuits in the other! Bits of fruit followed - all served in the same way.  This was all made worse by us not being able to clean our hands! We were happy to return home but I can not recommend this company at all.  The staff need to decide whether they want to do this kind of work or not. If they do, then perhaps they should take some training. Paying customers expect politeness, a smile and to feel welcome.
