Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful experience - Genuinely so much fun. I really enjoyed the relaxed feel of the tour- you could go in and out of the water as much as you would like which was nice. It was also great that the guide was there in the water with us, however we were allowed to venture off and explore the reef, not having to stick right next to him. I loved the amount of food options that we had for lunch and throughout the day. The boat was very nice as well- clean and lots of places to catch some rays.

Fabulous Experience with Personalized Attention - We booked a family dive/snorkel trip for my retirement-60th birthday trip. About 4 months before our trip my adult son with high functioning autism had a grand mal seizure (no prior history and it was incredibly scary) and received an Epilepsy diagnosis. He is a great swimmer and was really looking forward to the trip so with doctor clearance we contacted reef day trippers but were understandable apprehensive about the trip. The team could not have been more kind and professional. My son was given a life jacket, held onto a life ring and was given a customized reef tour that was the highlight of our trip. In addition, they were able to find my husbands original PADI certification and re-certify him and he and my other sons did an intro dive. A larger boat might be fancier and have more bells and whistles but we were given customized individual attention and they met the individualized needs of each person on the boat. There is an expression Go big or go home, but in this case going smaller is better. Thank you!

Excellent experience - Excellent experience. Crew went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible snorkel experience. Food and boat were nothing special but for the price we were very happy. My only suggestion would be need more detail on the meeting place, as they just gave an address, and address is the entire marina with countless boats.

Excellent trip especially for the apprehensive snorkeller - Had a great day, the team were helpful and fun. Instructions were clear and helpful. All kit provided. I’m not a confident swimmer but was able to hold onto the ring and keep up with the snorkel tour. Lunch and afternoon snack provided were lovely and soda and beer available to buy as additional. If you have any alcohol then that’s the end of your snorkelling which is fair enough. Towards the end of the tour it became apparent there wasn’t the facility for card payments that day (for additional drinks). Some of the group had no cash or card to use at atm as expected to be able to pay by Apple Pay. Weirdly the vibe changed then and team were a lot less friendly, maybe stressed out but also not the guests fault the equipment had failed. Kind of a dampener on an otherwise great day.

Reef snorkel and no sailing. - Unorganized start. Boat was docked at a different pier than listed on pickup point information due to dredging. No update was sent to passengers. We needed to wait for food and water to be loaded, which was a 30 minute delay. Sailboat motored there and back. No sailing.

Terrible experience, company cancelled reservation last minute - Booked a day trip several months in advance with Reef Daytripper after doing extensive research. Was cancelled the day before because the company did not think we would make it to the tour on time as we were on a cruise ship. The ship was in dock for several days and there was no issue in getting there at designated time. Left us day before without our trip to barrier reef which was the purpose of my voyage from North America. Was fortunate to find another company that did not discriminate and made it to the boat and dock near the Daytripper well before their passengers arrived. Needless panic and confusion, and chaos. Very upsetting that was unnecessary. Lack of communication, poor management and customer service.
