View reef habitat without getting wet - The glass bottom boat experience was very interesting. For a low tech experience the information provided by the operator was presented very well. To see the many varieties of fish and coral was marvelous. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Worth it!! - My first time seeing the world wonder was so exciting. I loved the commentary and fish feeding which helped us to see those fish so close. Shame that reef was bleached and v colourless, i hope it will come back to its colourful glory soon. Glass bottom was awesome for people with kids and adults who are sacred to swim or can't be in closed space like wearing water helmet.

Nice tour close to... - Nice tour close to Cairns. Good for a daytrip to get to the beach and some snorlkelling. Not the best snorkeling, maybe just unlucky, we visited in July.

Amazing snorkelling, quick ferry, awesome day - Amazing snorkelling once we cleared the sea grass and it got a bit deeper. Saw a big turtle, 2m nurse shark (harmless!) and wrays. Yes the food is expensive and the place smells due to the bird poo, but we came for snorkelling and it was awesome. Staff were helpful, no queuing for snorkelling stuff which was good quality.

Great Barrier Reef Adventure and Green Island Combo - This review is for the Great Barrier Reef Adventure and Green Island Combo. Early start with departure from the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal with a 7.30am checkin. Coffee and tea is provided prior to departure to Green Island. We had two hours on Green Island to wonder around, and swim - there are a couple of shops/cafes but not much else. We then departed for the Outer Barrier Reef platform and enjoyed 3 hours here, with hot and cold buffet included, semi-submarine ride, underwater observatory and time to snorkel. We headed back to Cairns via Green Island to collect more passengers, returning approx 5.30pm. Very enjoyable day, learning about the Great Barrier Reef and seeing the amazing amount of marine life. Highly recommend.

Well worth the visit - A fantastic tour of green island, crocodile feeding time a must see experience. Glass bottom boat trip was a must, an excellent informative guide on boat trip. Nice friendly and informative crew on shuttle journeys between mainland cairns and green island. A well worth and must do experience.

The snorkelling was great... - The snorkelling was great and we got close to so many amazing fish and turtles - although we had to go pretty far out to see them. Unfortunately the coral was not great but I would still highly recommend. You can hire a life vest if conditions are choppy as you do not have guides that go in to the water with you. Food options are not great and quite pricey so it is best to bring your own. Also the 'morning tea' on the boat is just tea and coffee so make sure to eat beforehand.

Well organised crew- but Green Is was underwhelming - Take your seasick tablets! Unfortunately we had a rough ride out, but the snorkeling was lovely. Lots of fish, some beach volleyball and swimming. We had a windy day, but was still enjoyable. I wouldn’t stay on Green Is longer than the 2 hours, esp with small children. Lunch cafe was just ok- but I didn’t expect too much.

Not recommended - Snorkeling not good. If you booked snorkeling with Viator then they had the better spot to swim and snorkel which you couldn’t access unless you paid for it. Renting an umbrella and chair was $45.00 just a rip off when you are told there are plenty of seating and shade. Trying to get a meal was also challenging unless you were from the cruise ships. Not nearly enough seating and shade. After swimming in murky waters I wanted a shower and get changed but even though the signs said ‘shower’ there really were none so I had to get changed in the toilet which had water over the floor. I wouldn’t recommend it
