Great day out on the reef scuba diving and snorkeling! - The entire day was awesome! I was a recently certified scuba diver and Richard was an absolute blessing, so knowledgeable about all marine life, I was so comfortable in the water under his guidance & the 2 reefs we dived at were amazing! I would throughly recommend Dreamtime dive and snorkel!

A brilliant day on the reef with a wonderful crew - What a great day out. There are a lot of choices for reef tours but this was really special, in particular due to the cultural guides. Brian and his colleagues were entertaining and educational, delivering heartfelt knowledge of traditional practices on the reef. Also credit to the rest of the crew. The snorkelling was well guided and supervised, and unhurried at each of the two locations. The food was great. And the captain was brilliant with our kids, showing them the wheelhouse and talking about navigating the area.

Day on the reef with 8 year old - Crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We all had the best day- boat was comfortable, lunch was delicious and there was no rush to get through anything. My husband did the intro to scuba diving with Oliver, highly recommended! High quality snorkelling gear made all the difference.

Enjoyable day opportunities to learn. - Our group of 5 really enjoyed the day with the Dreamtime crew. We were really well looked after and every level of snorkelling and diving confidence was catered for. Every effort was made to ensure our day was enjoyable and safe. There was a lovely buffet lunch between morning and afternoon snorkelling sessions and coffee and tea provided when stationary. The trip had a great variety of activities. As well as snorkelling, diving, information from the on board marine biologist, the indigenous guides shared their stories and gave a glimpse of their culture. We really enjoyed the didgeridoo demo at the end of the day. Thanks Lincoln and D (sorry, short memory)

Great times, tactless cultural engagement. - The First Nations guides on our trip were incredible at their jobs as hosts and crew members, and they are rightfully employed in enterprises that profit from their stolen lands. However the approach to the sharing of culture does them disrespect, there is no mention of the dispossession of First Nations peoples or their struggles for justice and equality. Mentioning Captain Cook crashing into the reef while “exploring” is an offensive presentation of history in the context of a First Nations cultural experience. I can only assume given these things that this business is not First Nations owned, and so if the owners of this company are not going to hand over equity in exchange for this cultural profiteering, they could at least do a respectful job of engaging with this community and allow them to lead the presentation of their culture on their own terms. The experience of the reef was super fun and well executed however.
