Domestic Arrivals

Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent. For domestic arrivals, your driver will meet you at the Exemplar desk in the Arrivals/Baggage Hall. The desk is conveniently located on your left as you enter the Arrivals hall. The driver will be holding a board with your name. Please introduce yourself to the driver before collecting your luggage.

International Arrivals

If you have a phone that works in Australia, please turn it on as soon as possible. (Also, remember to provide your number at the time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you next to the Exemplar desk in the arrivals lounge as you exit the customs hall. The driver will greet you with a smile and a board displaying your name.
