A brilliant day exploring Rainforestation with Tropic Wings !! - A brilliant experience from the time they picked me up at my hotel to when I was dropped off. The driver was super friendly and professional. The itinerary provided for the day was very clear and easy to follow. Rainforestation has a fabulous variety of animals and the Army Duck was a wonderfully unique experience. The Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience was a total highlight, especially to be shown how to throw a boomerang and the performance was awesome. I also visited the Butterfly Sanctuary, such a calm and serene place. I did the butterfly release, a special experience. I was wearing a brightly coloured top and had multiply butterlies rest on my shoulder.

Amazing Aussie Experience! - Amazing trip, taking in the sights and experiences of Queensland! From start to finish, our day was fantastic! Pick up from the terminal was effortless and the coach ride to the Rainforestation Centre was superb as we got to see the sights that otherwise would have gone unseen had we got the Skyrail there and back. The indigenous experience was superb - from the duck boat, koala holding and boomerang throwing - just brilliant. The dancing at the end just topped everything off. Kids and adults alike loved the experience. Kurunda itself was beautiful too - so much to see and do but perhaps our favourite part was feeding the kangaroos by hand and watching a Joey climb in and out of its mum’s pouch! Rather than return on the coach at the end of the day, we opted to pay for the Skyrail back down to Smithfield terminal so that we could take in the rainforest from above snd stop off to see the Baron Falls. It was totally worth it! The trip was one of the best we’ve ever done! A real trip of a lifetime!

Best Day ever!! - Loved seeing all of the wildlife, especially the Koalas!!! Holding one was a life long g dream. It did not disappoint, however, if not good for Koalas, I say don’t allow humans contact as they are such wonderful animals! Loved learning from aborigines as well. What a wonderful day! Highly recommend! Bb

Would highly recommend - What an amazing day out from start to finish. There was so much included in this trip, I would recommend for any age. From start to finish I couldn't take the smile off my face. I did the grand kuranda and I could not fault it one bit for everything we did that day. One if the best trips I've ever did. the food was amazing too.

Tour was great - - - just don't go to Kuranda on a Monday! - All of the stops were great, until we got to the last stop, which was the village itself. We were give from 1 until 4 pm to look around/shop, however - - - on Monday, most of the shops are closed. We looked in the very few shops that were open, and then just sat in a park for about 2 hours waiting for the bus to come pick us up.

Good - The first part of the experience was amazing, seeing the animals, trying the boomerang and the aboriginal dance was all unique but the kuranda village shops close at 3/3:30 and pick up was at 4 so we waited for a whole hour doing nothing waiting around. Otherwise amazing morning experience as i said and amazing guides along the way. The driver was knowledgeable and kind.

Know Before You Go … Mon/Tues limited in Kuranda - The Rainforestation was fantastic! Plenty of wildlife to see and the cultural aspect was excellent. I cannot throw a boomerang sadly. Kuranda Market is CLOSED on Mon and Tues and the river walk was also closed. There were shops in Kuranda City Center open. Lunch places all seemed to close early presumably because there were less crowds. I wish there was something that said the markets were closed as I would’ve reconsidered.
