unforgettable trip! - So yes, some will say that the transfers were tiring, it’s true. But the trip is well worth it!! The entire Triad agency team went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible stay. I insist on the fact that all the staff, whether the organizers on site, the crew on the boat, the guides... were infinitely kind! The organization was really top notch, we just had to go with it! So yes also there are additional excursions but it's written in the program we know when we leave that if we want to see Abu Simbel we have to add money... But it's worth it: we pay the organization, the guides and safety! A special mention to our guide on the cruise Samiah (perfectly French-speaking) who passes on to you with passion and patience his immense knowledge about this magnificent civilization!! Only great souvenirs!!

Very competent - They are very kind and serious, very good support from the airport to the hotel as well as for excursions, very good experience.

Pretty good. - Beautiful company that has a good range of cruise ships that roam the Nile from Luxor to Aswan. The cabins are perfectly decent with good bedding and an efficient private bathroom. The service is attentive while the buffet meal is very repetitive, of average quality (see very average considering the number of tourists hit by Turista). The upper deck is pleasant and the activities perfectly uninteresting; finally the smells of diesel very often ruin the pleasure of relaxation on the deck and alcohol although available is particularly expensive. Effective French-speaking support and guides. Symptomatic of the country's ambivalence between charm and permanent swindling.

Pyramids well, guide, triad and shops to escape - Stay permanently changed in terms of program compared to the initial project , nice visits but the most disappointing is on the one hand the quality of the boat (aging and dangerous access , shoulder dock in front of a public dump ...) and on the other hand the feeling of being trapped by scam stops ... Triad Experience - The program was dense but met our expectations. However, be careful: 1/ The boat Zeina deserves both a refreshment Sdb and more security in terms of access and stability (walkway with old and dirty carpet , held with 2 pieces of wood ) , The platform on which we were moored and right in front of the reception bridge was littered with garbage , rubbish of all kinds ... what a spectacle ... 2/But the most unpleasant thing was to have stops organized during visits to shops called local specialties , offering derivatives overpriced and of very poor qualities , limit scam (stonemason, papyrus, essential oils...) Watch out for these visits which are intended to be touristic , attractive , ambianced, but which do not have the sole vocation: rip off tourists.

Triad, not to be avoided when looking for a respectful cultural stay - Egypt is worth a visit but Triad and its salesmen, very few are Egyptologist guides, spoiled the stay by their offensive commercial approach at the expense of quality. The tourist is a product.

Agency to avoid for a stay in Cairo - Incompetence of the representatives of the Triad agency in Cairo available at the Passage hotel (contrary information from one day to the next and depending on who you talk to). No respect for customers Satisfaction survey completed at the end of the cruise, i.e. halfway through the circuit The rooms at the hotel "le passage hôtel & casino" are of average quality and some, bordering on unsanitary (see photo of our room 2021) No courtesy room for late departures we left the room at 12 p.m. for a flight at 11:20 p.m. Iberia. On the other hand, I would like to point out that the support in Luxor by our local guide and until the end of the cruise was well managed.
