• Wekalet El Ghouri Arts Center - A representative will collect you from your hotel and transport you to the Tannoura show at Wekalet El Ghoury, established in 1504 A.D. during the Mameluke era. The Tannoura show is one of the most spectacular Egyptian Folk musical evenings, performed by El Tanoura Troupe for the Cultural Heritage, which has showcased its talents in over 30 countries. Initially, selections of folkloric music will be played by local Egyptian musicians, highlighting Egypt’s rich musical heritage. This is followed by the Tanoura Dance show, and concludes with a unique spiritual Whirling Dervish (Darawish) performance. After the show, you will be returned to your hotel.
• Al-Tannoura Egyptian Heritage Dance Troupe - Experience the incredible whirling dervishes of the Al Tannoura Egyptian Heritage Dance Troupe in Cairo at Wekalet El Ghoury. Please note that the show is held in an open-air area, but during winter, it may be moved to the dome (indoor area).
