Great experience - We went to the Grand Egyptian Museum- trial phase, with the guide, Mahoumoud and the driver Ahmed. Both were extremely kind and pro-active ! During the tour he gave us great explanations, full of details and he had answers for all of our questions! We also scheduled a camel’s ride and Mahoumous provide a great moment for us! Awesome day at the pyramids - Youseff was a great tour guide! He has been doing this for 17 years and even the security guard at the pyramids said we had “the best guide” I would definitely book with this company again. Thank you for a great day Youseff!!

Mahmoud is the best guide - Mahmoud is a top class tour guide, and a great photographer, along with his driver they make a great team showing us around the famous pyramids sites. When the camel guide forgot to take us to one site, Mahmoud argued on our behalf and made sure we got to see the site for free. five out of five stars rating for him!

As a solo female traveler, I arranged a customized tour in Cairo, felt safe and had fun! - I had some time to fill on a Thursday morning and wanted to see the cave church at St. Simon Monastery, but wasn’t seeing many tours offered there, or if it was included in a tour, I wasn’t interested in seeing the other sites. I was traveling solo as a woman, so I didn’t feel comfortable going there alone and I’ve heard not all Uber drivers know the way. I reached out to Ramses Tours, having just booked a tour with them, and they were quick and happy to assist. We negotiated tour details and price and they were able to customize a tour for me, where I saw the cave church and a couple mosques next to each other. My tour guide, Lamia, was amazing—friendly, on time and knew Cairo very well. I also learned a few Arabic words! The tour itself was fun, easygoing and laidback. We drove through Manshiyet Naser (the area that some people call “garbage city”) where Coptic Christians make their living collecting and recycling trash. We drove up narrow dirt roads for about 20-25 minutes, but it honestly wasn’t too high up into the mountains and it’s not like you’re driving along the edge of a cliff for hours, as I’ve experienced in some places. It was pretty straightforward and I felt safe the whole time. After that, we went back into Cairo and visited a couple beautiful mosques that are next to each other - Sultan Hassan and Al Rifa’i. I liked these mosques because they are famous but I’d imagine not as busy and overwhelming as the mosque in the Citadel. I saw some tourists, but also many locals. It felt pretty chill. Anyway, Lamia and Ramses Tours are great! Support Egyptian-owned companies wherever possible!

Memphis, Saqqarah and Dashur - We saw everything for a very good price. Our guide told us a lot of interesting new facts and could answer every question. It was a really friendly and kind atmosphere.

Really enjoyable tour and super friendly guide! - Myself and my partner Luke thoroughly enjoyed this tour guided by Lamia. From the moment we booked, communication was consistent. We were easily able to indicate our preferred meeting point to begin the tour, which was much appreciated and facilitated a day packed full of the stuff we wanted to do. Lamia was friendly, well informed and easy going, constantly ensuring we were moving from place to place at a pace we were comfortable with. We both enjoyed the pyramids, sphnix and new museum. Another bonus was the air conditioned car which gave us a nice break from the heat between places! We finished off the tour with lovely food in a buffet chosen by Lamia. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

Luxor Spectacular - The tour was amazing and the guides were outstanding with their clear way of explaining the amazing achievements of the ancient Egyptian civilisation A highlight was the Valley of the Kings with the beautiful inscriptions in the tombs. A balloon ride was a great adventure not to be missed. I highly recommend Ramasside as everything was very well organised and we were kept informed of departure times. Tessa

From the top of its Pyramids, 20 centuries contemplates you - Magnificent site, small flat for the inner visit of the Pyramid of Keops , too many people and a dangerous ascent, pregnant woman, elderly and heart abstain
