Polite, efficient, knowledgeable - We were met right after deplaning and were escorted through immigration and customs. Along the ride to the hotel we were told about all the significant and historical things we past. Excellent experience. I highly recommend.

Farid was fantastic - We had a late night arrival into Cairo airport. Farid met us before immigration and took care of us through immigration, baggage claim, customs, exchanging money and teaching us some Arabic and about the sights on the way to the hotel (2am).the

First impression of Egypt hospitality..excellent! - Our guide was excellent! Walked us though step by step….helping with baggage claim, passport control & immigration. Pointed out sights on the drive to the hotel & gave us wonderful tips. Highly recommend!

Running to a meeting from the airport - I had a tight schedule - a meeting that I was to attend begun at the time that I was scheduled to land at the airport. Surely, I could not make it to a full meeting, I wanted to minimize the damage.
The meet and greet service (facilitating the airport arrivals procedures) and a private transfer in a comfortable car with a guide and a driver made it possible to be at the hotel (identical to the meeting venue) in a reasonable time. It really minimized the stress caused by my schedule.

TERRIBLE - Egypt Airlines would not allow us to board our flight for the third day in a row even with valid passports and visa. They are corrupt and were only looking to make money on re booking fees and the loss of two days worth of business class ticket. We will never return. We will tell everyone we know of the corruption of Egypt Air and the government ..

Very poor service. Meet... - Very poor service. Meet and assist was not there. We had to spend 1 hour in the passport control. He didn't help us with the luggage. Sad and shameful. I hope Viator can refund us our money
