Day trip to Cairo from Hurghada - We had a great day trip to Cairo from Hurghada! Amazing experience with the pyramids, the sphinx, the museum, the Nil. Guides we're nice and informative. We had a great time with Hanane and Karim. 100% would recommend! It was also very secure, at first we didn't understand why police agents were travelling with us but then in Cairo, it was nice to not be bothered. Just note that the very kind Hanane speaks Arabic, English, Russian and German (not French) 😊

Cairo Day trip & mile cruise - We had a great day in Cairo. Our driver was awesome and got us there and back in record time!! Our guide was very good but a bit too quick at times! We always felt safe and loved our camel ride round the pyramids which we will never forget for many reasons😍 we are returning to Egypt in November and cannot wait! Love from Linette and Chevana xxx

Beautiful scenery but horrible guide and no toilet on board. - The trip was normal. Neither good nor bad. The problem we had with our French guide who made this trip from good to normal. After more than 8 hours spent in the bus, we arrive at the museum and a guide is assigned by spoken language and it is there that we met him. This famous guide clearly did not allow us time to see anything he was not interested in explaining to us and did not even allow us time to take pictures. There are many that we would have liked to have more information or even been able to see but by his choice, it was not possible and we had to run behind him for 1h30, time far too short to see all the wonders that this museum contains. Then when the tour ends, he proposes to take the Nile cruise (chargeable) but our group did not want to do it. He then insisted very heavily for 10 real minutes until he wanted to make us feel guilty for not doing it. When he realized that we would not change his mind he started to sulk and we returned in the bus with all the others before stopping at the place of departure of the cruise. While the others were on the cruise, we took a bus tour and he started rummaging through the bags of the missing people without really any embarrassment! This guide is a real scourge, as long as it was not to make us spend money, he did not take care of us, was only repeating 4 times the same thing and said false things like that we had to pay to enter the pyramids when it is included in the price of the excursion! When everyone came back, we went to a not very good buffet restaurant where we had 20 minutes to break everything to eat. Then we took the bus back to a papyrus shop where it engraves your names on bracelets, necklaces or hieroglyphic papyri and then goes to see the pyramids of Giza and the sphinx. There, we take plenty of eyes and of course he proposed to go and observe the pyramids from above on a camel or in a carriage for money. Be careful, the photos they take of you are paid because they ask for a tip and negotiate at length the amount. Afterwards, we visited the inside of a small pyramid and then saw the sphinx from a distance because if you want to see it up close, you have to add more money. Afterwards, the guide takes us to a gas store where they create perfumes and when everyone is finally back, it's time to do the 8h car back. I want to make it clear that the bus driver and the other guides were really well and very present for their group but as we spent the day with the French guide, our excursion was really impacted by his bad behavior. So, average food, a miserly French guide and bag digger but beautiful landscapes to observe.

Do not book! - I booked this trip 3 days in advance and then I waited over an hour for the pickup bus to come, no one showed up and then when I tried to contact the agency they would not reply or pick up. It’s been a whole 2 days now and still no one has replied.
