Professional Service - The driver was on time and very decent and helpful. He was there for any help and didnt interfere in our privacy. He dropped us in different location as well on our request.

Classic experience, good all around but bad service from the waiters. - The driver was great, the food was good, and the dancers were great. The last dancers had their performance cut off suddenly right in the middle of the performance and they did not seem happy about it. I have no idea why the DJ did that. Also the waiters never came to our table to get our drink orders. They were standing talking as a group most of the time.

Romance on the Nile - Omar collected us punctually at our hotel. Taking every precaution to make sure we arrived safely. He made sure we were seated at our table and told us where to find him afterward.
The food was delicious, the entertainment wonderful especially the tannaru dancer and the belly dancer.
My only regret is that we didn't go at an earlier time because we missed out on the beauty of the Nile. It was magnificent at night but the daytime lends a different perspective.

Very good experience on Nile with local entertainment - We very much enjoyed this dinner cruise. While it is not a gourmet experience nor top notch performances...it is very good and fun! I recommend it for anyone wanting a night of good food and entertainment on the Nile. Our driver Karim (great driver), picked us up and dropped us off and that is super convenient in this busy city.

Birthday treat - The views up top were beautiful. The belly dancer was friendly and the other entertainers were funny. The food was decent, but non-alcoholic drinks should be included in the price. Unfortunately the servers only came around once for drink orders. Otherwise, a good time.

Overpaid for a cruise where the boat never left the dock - We had reservations for 5 o’clock. I texted to see if we could go on a cruise at a later time and was told we could do a 9 PM cruise. The cost was $65 extra per person because it was New Year’s Eve.
Unfortunately, there was no cruise. The boat stayed directly on the dock and never left. So we paid three times the amount that we should have for a cruise that we did not get.
There was no miscommunication: I said that we wanted a cruise, and the tour operator said that we would be on a cruise.
