Professionalism, humor and expertise. - I would never have had the tremendous experience of Giza pyramids without Aly Elsheemy. Walk near by the pyramids and can talk on any subject, from Egypt’s ancient empire to current events and recommendations (i.e. natural oils) with him. Aly Elsheemy is friendly, easy going and is very knowledgeable about Giza pyramids and ancient world. He pointed out details which were very subtle. He went out of his way to tailor the tour to my interests. I would not pass up the opportunity to tour with Aly. Aly Elsheemy is the best tour guide, my experience with him was as great as the great pyramid of Giza.

Marvellous - Although my experience of Luxor was more phenomenal than Cairo (Pyramids of Giza), I still thoroughly enjoyed my tour. Eman was a fantastic tour guide and her Ancient Egyptian knowledge was great. Overall I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend visiting the Pyramids of Giza if you're interested in ancient architecture and ancient timelines. 9/10

Great! - Booked this tour through booking.com and couldn’t be happier with the experience my brother and I had. Our tour guide Nour and driver Saad were fantastic, they both had great knowledge of the areas we visited and were able to answer question about absolutely everything too. Nour was friendly, informative and made the whole experience extra fun. We managed to hit every historical site we wanted to all in one day. Great tour with an excellent tour guide, thank you Nour and Saad!

Excellent Tour! - Mohamed El Wazir was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and funny. The pace of the tour was just right. I never felt rushed or forced to stay anywhere longer than I wanted. He took some really great quality pictures of me as well. I am looking forward to utilizing his services for another tour tomorrow.

Great experience! - We had a great day with Youssef as our guide. My traveling companion was an archaeologist and we had both done our homework before taking this trip. Our guide recognized that we were very much interested in a more educational experience and tailored the tour and our experience based upon our interests. The trip was well-planned and all our needs were taken care of during the day.

The guide spoke very fast... - The guide spoke very fast and with very weird English so it was hard to understand, then he gave me a guilt trip because I tipped him the same as driver and he didn’t have enough money for his child’s treatment. The driver was really nice though

Avoid, it's a scam! - The guide never showed up to pick me up for this tour. I texted and called the agency several times, without any answer. I contacted them days before to confirm, and they didn't reply. They complete ignored me. It was my first day in Egypt and they just left me stranded. Luckily my hotel managed to arrange a last minute guide for me and I still had a good time and managed to see the pyramids. I am in the process of requesting a refund and talking to Viator about this experience as this tour is a scam, they take your money but don't show up.

Guide never showed up - We ordered the tour to pick us up at our hotel at 8am and received a confirmation for the times and tour itinerary. The driver and guide never arrived. I began contacting them at 7:45am to tell them our location in the hotel lobby with no response. I frequently tried to contact them with the contact information provided and our concierge attempted to contact them multiple times by phone. We did this until 9:20am. We then decided to take an Uber to the pyramids and do a makeshift tour of our own as we didn’t want to waste our day in the lobby of our hotel. We ended up having a good time on our own despite the hiccups. It’s unfortunate that the tour didn’t happen, it looked fantastic based on the reviews. It unfortunately didn’t work out for us. It was also more upsetting that the company has not gotten a hold of me at all to apologize, especially since the What’s App messages have been read. No ‘I'm so sorry, there was a miscommunication’ or something. I have already put in for a refund, as this tour never happened.
