Best, highly recommended - Despite unusual booking via WhatsApp, everything went very smoothly. The trip was beautiful, very interesting and very well organized. Our guide was just great.
This excursion is highly recommended.

Clear recommendation - The trip was unique, the organization excellent, clear recommendation.
We were picked up from our hotel in time so the 3 security checks at the airport were no problem in time. Quickly had another coffee and plundered the packed lunch of the hotel, then the plane left. In Cairo we were welcomed by a very nice, patient and experienced guide. The bus was small and very cuddly but the trips between the stations did not take long. The program was as described, lunch sufficient as a buffet, no waiting times at the attractions and special requests were taken into account. The return flight was postponed by 1 hour but the drivers were on time at the airport in Hurghada.
A clear recommendation, we are also happy to book other excursions here.

Unique day trip to Cairo with perfect guide and top organization - Our day trip via Egypt Booking from Hurghada to Cairo, on November 12, 2024, was perfectly organized from the punctual pick-up in the morning at the hotel, throughout the day, to the return transfer.
And all for the unbeatable price of €185 p.p. incl. Round trip.
A big praise to the whole team, starting with the quick reaction time for questions before the trip, to the drivers and of course to our guide Khaled, who guided us all day from morning to evening confidently and in very good German through Cairo and brought the city closer with his expertise as an archaeologist.
We had the following program items:
- Guided tour of one of Cairo's oldest streets, with small local breakfast
- Nile cruise (10 € p.P. - was not a must)
- Visit to the ancient Egyptian museum
- Lunch (buffet) in a restaurant with a beautiful view of the pyramids
- Visit to the pyramids and the Sphinx (optional camel or carriage ride for 10 € per person)
- Visit to a perfumery
We had a lot of fun and a great eventful day in Cairo and can recommend the trip 100%.
Thank you for that!

Stunning insights and very informative - It was a breathtaking experience. From start to finish everything went smoothly and without any problems both the transfer to the airport and from the airport to the hotel were flawless. The tour as such was excellently planned from start to finish and you had been given enough time to take pictures during each sightseeing. In addition, khaled (the guide) not only shone with outstanding knowledge but also clarified in detail about how to behave where and what to look out for also for khaled especially 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks to all we would do it again anytime.

Unforgettable 2-day trip to Cairo - We booked a great 2-day Cairo tour by plane from El Gouna (Hurghada) in September 2024. The somewhat adventurous booking process via WhatsApp and a somewhat queasy feeling about the credit card payment was followed by a perfect organization and a dreamlike experience.
On time hotel pickup at 6am, relaxed transport to the airport by air-conditioned minibus. After enough advance at Hurghada airport we arrived in Cairo after 1 hour flight and were met there by our guide Khaled Omar. For lack of other participants we had Khaled to ourselves.
First on the program was a visit to the ancient Egyptian museum.
This showed how helpful a competent Egyptologist could be. Despite well-filled halls, he maneuvered us to the most important exhibits and was able to report something to many small jewels through his great wealth of knowledge even past the masses. He responded very well to our questions and also handled our humor excellently. There was a lot to laugh about.
Afterwards we had lunch in a restaurant with buffet and first view of the pyramids. The food was largely typical of the country with sufficient choice and quite good quality. The view of the pyramids from the roof terrace was once again much more impressive than from the window of the restaurant. On the rooftop terrace, the extreme contrast between the dirty, littered city of Cairo and the terrain surrounding the Wonder of the World was also revealed for the first time.
Then it was time when we stood in front of it we couldn't get out of the amazement at the pyramids due to their size. On a camel ride you could see the 9 pyramids when viewed from a little further away. The camel ride was worth it for us and due to the short duration is no problem due to seasickness. Running through hot sand at these temperatures is almost not in it. Since we are both very large, entering the interior of the pyramids was out of the question for us. Besides, Khaled says it's not on display because all the finds are in the museum.
A little drive and we were already at the Sphinx. In the background continue the pyramids. Khaled told us about the latest archaeological findings and findings on the mooring at the foot of the Sphinx and the transport of the stones by waterway.
For dinner we were recommended a Nile cruise with buffet and traditional performances (about 2 hours). The food was similar to lunch and from the stern of the ship you could see the skyline at sunset. The dances and music were unfortunately not for our taste, especially because the whole thing was loud beyond measure and we already saw Belly Dance and Derwish in the hotel. The overall package is fine, the insoles are clearly a matter of taste.
The driver who was on board took us to the hotel "Jimmy Pyramids View" afterwards. Located in a typical Cairo filthy cul-de-sac, this hotel, family-run since 1890 (or 5 generations), was simply magnificent. In the renovated Nefertiti room with freestanding bathtub and view of the pyramids we could not believe our luck. And the roof terrace and bar offered views of the pyramids' light show and the Sphinx at night. Breakfast the next morning on the roof terrace was typical of the country, individual, interesting and really delicious.
Khaled picked us up as agreed around 10am. The day before he had suggested various possible program items for the second day, as our return flight did not leave until 4 pm. Together we planned the individual visit to the Coptic quarter and some interesting churches before continuing to the booked program with a visit to the citadel and mosque. So that we had enough time for the sights, lunch was not taken in the restaurant, but in the car on the way to the airport. After a brief consideration, we decided to have a Falaffel lunch and were rewarded with probably the world's best Falaffel in flatbread.
On time at Cairo airport, we were also received by our driver from the lecture after returning to Hurghada and were back at the hotel in El Gouna around 7 pm.
Conclusion:
Exceeded expectations
Value for money 1A
Clear recommendation for Egypt Booking and a big big praise and thank you to Khaled Omar and all drivers.

Great trip to Cairo - The trip was almost perfect. We were picked up in time and the flight to Cairo worked great. The tour guide was excellent and explained everything very well.
Unfortunately, however, the return journey was a bit chaotic. The employee didn't know how we would get our plane tickets and we were pretty much on our own at Cairo airport. In the end, however, we got our plane tickets and are already back at the hotel.
Thanks for this great experience!

Great tour with small restriction - We made the 2 day trip from Hurghada to Cairo. We were able to book this via the website and WhatsApp. The tours in Cairo with Kahled and another colleague were very good. Both were well versed in ancient Egypt and carried out a great tour for us.
However, communication via WhatsApp for booking was much more difficult after payment and I had to wait significantly longer for answers from the tour guide. Prior to booking, a reply was made within minutes, after which I had to ask several times and received no reply over several days, which led to an unpleasant feeling that would not have been necessary.
Nevertheless, it was a great trip and I can recommend a tour to Cairo to anyone who wants to get something from ancient Egypt. The pyramids, the Egyptian museum, Cairo's Old Town and Citadel are very impressive. Only the Nile cruise for a separate 10€ p.p. You can save yourself.

Great experience with good guidebook! - We were picked up from the hotel at 3am, transfer was impeccable. The flight was on time and so we were in Cairo at 6am. However, our guide had not yet been there. After a bit of delay we left the airport at 7 am and then got a falafel for breakfast from Khaled (guide). Afterwards we went to the old town with a walk through the oldest street in the world, in the process we received a lot of information. Then we went to the Egyptian Museum. On site, despite many people, we got a successful guided tour with the most important objects. Afterwards, there was a boat trip on the Nile and then a lunch with a view of the pyramids. We were then at the pyramids around 1:30 p.m. where we had time to take pictures and could take a ride in a carriage or a ride on a camel. The time was definitely sufficient, so we were at the Sphinx at 3:45 p.m. At our request to skip the perfume testing we were then taken directly to the airport. With very impressive experiences that day we flew back to Hurghada at 8 pm.
Overall, we liked the trip very much, although we were very skeptical about payment method and contact via WhatsApp before the trip.

Cairo by plane - We were picked up at the hotel on time and taken to the airport there we were passed through the controls by a staff member. Then we started to Cairo, there was a small misunderstanding, because our guide there carried a false sign.
From that point on everything went "Super", we learned a lot about the country and people as well as about the history of Egypt.
Sightseeing of the old town, museum, Nile boat trip, lunch (service was not so busy), pyramids, sphinx, perfumery.
The flight back was critical as the staff could not understand or speak English or German and left us alone at the airport. After we found the right counter and had the boarding passes in hand everything was fine again.
Conclusion: The day is exhausting but very interesting and it was all communicated via WhatsApp.
