It's worth a lot. - It was a dream come true. All agency representatives, super attentive, guides in Spanish, tours arranged... Of course, very tired and with little time for photos and shopping. Visits were very often, with just enough time and everything in the morning, to continue sailing in the afternoon or rest in the hotel. But we could see everything. Maybe we took too many excursions 😅. Don't forget the swimsuit for the pool. The food and drink, excellent, both on the cruise and in the hotel. Bottled water bought exclusively in the accommodation and nothing expensive, thus avoiding gut sickness. An unforgettable experience!!

Great Trip 👍 - Great tour experience - adventurous with pyramids and temples but also relaxing on the cruise. Staff including guide and drivers were nice. Also appreciate our tour coordinator Bassant for proactively checking in on us daily to see how we were doing and making sure things run smoothly

Wonderful 8 days in Egypt - This was an amazing experience, and everyone involved along the way was super friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful trip the accommodations were nice, but the cherry on top was the people. From the Mazar hotel staff that offered to walk me to the store at night time so i wouldn't go by myself, my tour Agent Mona who was always checking on me making sure everything was good, the staff from the Nile cruise who always greeted me with a smile and asked about my day and made sure i didn't missed my meals (I fell asleep a few times and didn't make it to dinner),my tour guide in giza Menna was great and the start of them all Owfi my guide from Luxor to Aswan who made my trip and incredible one, not only he was very knowledgeable but he was also very caring if there was anything I needed or I had a question about he was always willing to help or explain. All these people made this experience unforgettable and i would definitely recommend it.

Packed tour - Our group had an excellent time in this tour. Just know that you will be on the go and there will be plenty of walking so be sure to get your rest. Our point of contact, Bassant was very detail oriented and stayed on top of coordinating everything. She also checked in with us every day to make sure that things were going as planned. I appreciated her attentiveness. In our group some of us bought the hotel upgrade while others didn't. Afterwards, the consensus was that if they could go back in time everyone would do the upgrade. Our tour guide in Giza for the pyramids and Sphinx, Abbas, was great! Very personable, perfect English, knowledgeable and just overall pleasant to be around. The train ride to Aswan was interesting. To be clear, the tour company neither owns nor operated the trains so nothing mentioned is any fault of theirs. We did the sleeper cars and while functional, the train was simply dilapidated. There's just no way to sugarcoat it. The cabins are small, but that was no surprise. Some members of the group didn't feel that the cabins were clean to their standards. However, if you're the type who sprays disinfectant on your hotel sheets before sleeping on them, just do the same here and you should be fine. I hadn't been on a train ride since I was a kid so I actually enjoyed the overnight ride despite the outdated trains. In Aswan there was someone waiting to meet us and we were just on the go non-stop from there. We boarded the Royal La Terrasse. It was a nice enough riverboat. I had no complaints with it, besides the shockingly firm mattress in the cabin. The food at the lunch and dinner buffets was consistently great. The breakfast buffets were hit or miss. The thing that I didn't care for about day trip to Abu Simbel is that you have to get up very early and then wait until the road there is opened. We were at a standstill in the van for roughly 65 minutes waiting to gain access to the road. In addition to the included visits to temples such as Abu Simbel, we also did an optional visit to Nubian Village. Our days were full and there wasn't actually that much cruising time on the riverboat. I do have to rave about our tour guide for Aswan & Luxor, Wafa. He was tremendous. He always had a big smile on his face and his eyes lit up when talking about the ancient Egyptians even though I'm sure he's done these tours dozens or even hundreds of times. He genuinely seems to love what he's talking about. In Luxor after seeing more temple such as the enormous Karnak Temple, Wafa suggested a relaxing day trip to a banana farm. However, we were just too worn out to consider and opted to remain at the very nice Lotus Hotel and enjoy the pool and other amenities there. If you still have energy left at this point it may very well be worth it to check out the farm. We took the train back up to Cairo and it was a bit nicer than the first train. In Cairo we finished up the trip withan optional city tour with Abbas to see the Citadel and Khan el-Khalili, which was very fascinating. All in all it was a fun and educational jam packed tour, you just have to the stamina for it. The kids sketchy part of the tour is that the guides will take you to various merchants to see interesting things, such as papyrus artwork, an alabaster factory, an essence manufacturer, jewelry makers, etc. While these places are fascinating, they are quite obviously set ups for these places to try to sell their products to a captive audience. It's easy enough to say "No, thank you", but it still felt off to me. Regardless, I would still recommend this tour, just be aware of what's in store.

Excellent cruise - Excellent cruise on Arcadia would highly recommend. We were on highest deck for balconies Sun deck near front of ship by bridge. Superb views. Itinerary good. Lots of trips to fully appreciate the countries we visited. Portugal, Spain, Italy and Morocco. The Casablanca port had to be cancelled due to King of Morocco opening the new cruise terminal that day. Disappointed however the captain arranged for an overnight stay in Tangier instead so we had two full days and two trips organised there instead. He also added us a full day in Gibraltar which was an added bonus. We used local buses instead of organised trips to see so much of Gibraltar which is very easy and cheap to do. The disembarkation from ship at Mayflower terminal was so easy and quick. The fastest disembarkation we have done very well organised by P&O. Tip for parking. We prebooked skypark at Southampton airport. Half the price of cps parking. We just dropped off our luggage at cruise terminal drove to airport got 5 minute train direct from airport back to Southampton central and had nice walk to cruise terminal. Then on return journey just a 10 minute taxi ride back to Southampton airport parking.

Customer service - Today is our last day in Egypt. I’ve written reviews for different parts of my trip with various guides in different places, but now I want to focus on the customer service. Marena began providing information even before the trip started. At first, I was worried about the details, but she gave us clear guidance and stayed connected with us throughout. Her attention to detail and prompt responses were exceptional—she is both helpful and diligent in addressing every need. As long as you have internet, she never loses touch with you during the trip. Thank you, Marena 🤗

Cairo, a cruise on the Nile, a good trip. - This is my first trip to Egypt , and I'm participating alone. He was kind and gracious to me because I could not speak English. Dina, the tour guide who helped me in Cairo and Alexandria, Abdulrahm, the driver, the tour guide who helped me on the Nile cruise, and everyone who spoke no English, were kind and courteous. It was a very fulfilling nine days. Thank you very much.

Nile Mina cruise with excursions - We have just returned from a cruise on the Nile Mina. Egypt fabulous country to visit unforgettable landscapes and temples. Cruise ship that was due to be renovated in 2023 was aging. Cleaning in minimalist room. Meals many choices do not touch the vegetables so fragile intestine.two choices of soup. Rice pasta, chicken, beef, fish, vegetables cooked in water and gratin and full of desserts. Fun animation . Choice limit cocktail damage.250 the ,water bottle 120 gd model. Every day you are offered two small bottles of water in your room. The packed lunch breakfast or lunch not great (according to our European criteria of course) we gave them to children on the street. Change airport and schedule for plane at the last moment attention because information transmitted before plane ticket was supposedly given as an indication....so all the costs of changing TGV and nights hotels will be at your expense. The guide (Ahmed although very friendly and kind) did not speak French very well and takes you to his friends visit spices, perfume , cotton to get his commission on the sales you will make. The sound and light of karnac is actually the guided tour already done with the guide with qqs lights on temple at night save the 40 euros. Visit Abu Simbel (announcement 3h trip to Egypt) departure 4h in the morning 5h bus rotten no air conditioning seat smashed and no break pee Back 4h it was beautiful but not for 9h journey. Hot air balloon flight from Luxor top to do very nice (be careful to the person with reduced mobility or overweight) it is not easy to enter and exit the basket even if you are well helped to do it. Beautiful landscapes in the morning and evening. Go to the commander. I'm not telling you more. It is imperative to haggle price by 2 or 3 according to product Jewellery of the boat very well and small shop with clothes idem good price for quality. Planning dress-up is more fun.

Terrible experience!!! - I booked a trip to Egypt that included a visit to Cairo, but two days before departure we received an email informing us that the itinerary has been changed, completely eliminating this fundamental stage and replacing it with a single Nile cruise. The €100 refund offered is ridiculous and disrespectful given the seriousness of the change. Unserious and incorrect behavior: the trip no longer corresponds to what was purchased. I strongly advise against this agency.
