- If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
- If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, You will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, You can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
- If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
- If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, You will enjoy one triple room.

Excellent cruise - Excellent cruise on Arcadia would highly recommend. We were on highest deck for balconies Sun deck near front of ship by bridge. Superb views. Itinerary good. Lots of trips to fully appreciate the countries we visited. Portugal, Spain, Italy and Morocco. The Casablanca port had to be cancelled due to King of Morocco opening the new cruise terminal that day. Disappointed however the captain arranged for an overnight stay in Tangier instead so we had two full days and two trips organised there instead. He also added us a full day in Gibraltar which was an added bonus. We used local buses instead of organised trips to see so much of Gibraltar which is very easy and cheap to do. The disembarkation from ship at Mayflower terminal was so easy and quick. The fastest disembarkation we have done very well organised by P&O. Tip for parking. We prebooked skypark at Southampton airport. Half the price of cps parking. We just dropped off our luggage at cruise terminal drove to airport got 5 minute train direct from airport back to Southampton central and had nice walk to cruise terminal. Then on return journey just a 10 minute taxi ride back to Southampton airport parking.

Customer service - Today is our last day in Egypt. I’ve written reviews for different parts of my trip with various guides in different places, but now I want to focus on the customer service.
Marena began providing information even before the trip started. At first, I was worried about the details, but she gave us clear guidance and stayed connected with us throughout. Her attention to detail and prompt responses were exceptional—she is both helpful and diligent in addressing every need.
As long as you have internet, she never loses touch with you during the trip. Thank you, Marena 🤗

Pyramids how beautiful... - Robert and cinzia
Wonderful trip, we had a great time with our wonderful local Triad operator guide "" Bashir "" super prepared Egyptologist who accompanied us to visit the pyramids of Giza , Memphis to visit the colossal statue of Ramses II
In Saqqara : we visited the mastaba etc.... excursions to do .. thanks

Nile and Cairo cruise, thousand and one nights trip. Fantastic experience - We left on May 5 for the Sobek cruise. It was a fantastic experience, perfect organization, always followed and “pampered”. the ship Gemma is very attention to detail, very clean, very kind staff, polite, helpful. Good quality and varied cuisine. The Cairo hotel is unmatched by any other hotel, a real rarity and excellent food service. The excursions are well organized but the real exclusivity, the flagship was our guide, Ahmed Rahman, a man of great culture, available for everything, attentive connoisseur of Egyptian history and culture, has never abandoned us. The higher cost of the trip is largely justified because we talk about excellence. Unlike other friends who made the same trip we did not have any problems even intestinal. I would leave again tomorrow. I can say with serenity that Turisanda will forever be my trusted tour operator

Great price to see everything that you need to see in Egypt With expert guides - Great 8 day tour starting in Cairo with airport pickup… all messages down via WhatsApp from our organiser Bassant who was very contactable all the time and arranged all our drivers
Picked up on time everywhere we went
Day 1..3 star hotel in Giza ( not very good… staff there not friendly and I think you could find better options as it’s too far from the downtown eating out area and food at hotel was terrible)BUT it has rooftop with perfect views of pyramids
We opted to stay 4 star in Cairo on return which was great
Overnight sleeper was comfortable but very poor quality trains… food was great and even though it took 13 hrs to Aswan it was an experience
Next to the 4 night river cruise from Aswan… dated boat but comfortable…. Food very average and no Arabic food!!
You actually only cruise for 1 night as 1 night docked in Aswan.. 1 night cruise then 2 in Luxor
The hit air balloon company was awesome and did a wonderful job
Our guide was Ahmed and he was great
One suggestion I would like is that we get a detailed itinerary of what we are doing each day as sometimes we were not sure until the last minute… Bassant the tour organiser contacted me every day to make sure everything was running smoothly…Ahmed our cruise guide was awesome
The drivers that picked us up and always on time
Just remember you have to tip cash for everything and everybody and it does get tiresome but you get used to it
Keep taking money out and break up into small amounts. I had a small bag with 3 pockets to separate the bills for easy tipping
Great holiday… we didn’t get sick
Drank bottled water and ate carefully

Fantastically organised, superbly done - I cannot possibly say enough about this trip.
It was fantastically organised, everything went very smoothly.
The hotel we stayed in was the 5 star option and was very good.
The cruise aspect was simply superb, they chose us the Lady Nile ship and she was great.
The food on the cruise was outstandingly good, the drinks sensibly priced, the air conditioning was powerful!
The train was paid the extra for a the cabin with two beds. Surprisingly good after the reviews I’d read. The bed was clean and comfy, the good ok, the loo ok!
Overall I would book this holiday again in a heartbeat!

Good and reliable - The trip was reliable and well organized. Mona from the agency asked on a daily basis via WhatsApp if everything was okay. The boat was of a high standard. Overall highly recommended! The trip to Abu Simbel should definitely be booked. However, the Nubian village in Aswan is indispensable.

Trip of a lifetime! Absolutely amazing 🤩 - Absolute fantastic trip since day one! As a woman traveling on my own I always felt safe and well looked after. Monaliza was superb, checking on me to make sure I was safe and happy! Everyone was helpful and friendly, drivers, guides, crew members, etc Nothing was too much. I had a great time and made new friends, I can’t recommend this tour enough. I made lovely memories to share 🥰😎

Con in Luxor 145€ 15 gr of spices - The company should know this to let customers know that Egypt is constant harassment and tearing down with sales, it is overwhelming, besides that they should not do it because the laws there prohibit it but it is still done.
And now the most important thing on our arrival to the cruise, in Luxor we went down for a walk and a supposed cook of the ship took us to a market where they sold spices, new arrivals and with the stress and burden for you to buy, we ended up accompanying him and we were charged € 145 for 15 gr of spices, very cheap as they said, taking advantage of the fact that we did not know the change of currency. the supposed cook of our ship we never saw it evidently, when I arrived to Spain that is when I had internet and I could see the scam. please or agree to be taken or take anything, it is violent the sale there. I do not return even a very stressful and tense trip even violent at some point. It is not a relaxing trip at all. they take you to the places fast and running and we are seen only as money. In Egitus there is a very bad energy, constant scam and it is literally so.
