Wonderful trip - From the initial care, the organization of the tours, the punctuality, the knowledge of the guides, etc. everything was perfect.

Very bad experience - We could call our tour with a guy who called himself Aladdin terrible. In addition to having absolutely no idea what he said, he repeated the same 3 things on each visit, and if you asked him a question he answered with a "maybe". He took us running everywhere, forced us to get the whole group (there were 8) behind statues in the museum to take pictures of us, and we had not even seen the sculpture or explained anything about it. Their only interest was to take us to a store where they sold jewelry and made you cartridges with your name in hieroglyph. Seeing that we were not buying was angry, although the visit included drinks, some of the group did not receive it, and when asked for them we were given bottles of tap water! The bottles open. A disgrace. He talked to the driver and we could tell how he was laughing at us. Obviously he didn't dare to ask for a tip, although it was the first thing he said on meeting us, that he expected a good tip. We know that there are competent and hardworking people, a shame that we just got the worst. He could have earned a good tip and we would have enjoyed the day, but we didn't.
