Perfect organization - Through Adam Travel in Bienne, (Switzerland) we booked this trip to Egypt. On site, Memphis Travel took care of us from A to Z, which was very pleasant, because everything was perfectly organized. Omar gave us a VIP welcome directly at the airport and our driver Mahmoud in Cairo took us everywhere calmly and safely. The guide Ahmed gave us the benefit of his great knowledge and his love for this magnificent country. Perfect day Egyptian museum and souk - We had a great day with our guide Michael Refaat (who offers tours throughout the country mainly in French and Arabic). We first visited the Egyptian museum, and Michael was able to answer all our questions. We were able to take the time to visit without feeling rushed for time. Then we went to an excellent traditional restaurant, finishing with a visit to the souk in Khan El Khalili, where Michael was very helpful in negotiating prices. To recommend without hesitation!

A well planned family vacation ! - Based on their positive online recommendations, we contacted Memphis Tours to arrange our family vacation to Egypt over the Christmas and New Year holiday. Everything, with the exception of the hotels, which we had already reserved, was organized by them, including airport pickup domestic flights , daily tours in Luxor, Hurghada, and Cairo. They gave us comfortable and clean cars, and I must add, they don't skimp on quality. They made extra effort to look for restaurants serving veg meals for our lunch because we are all vegetarians. They have the most excellent tour guides, including Mrs. Nasrin, an Egyptologist in Cairo and have modest drivers . Despite being a fresher , our travel agent Ms. Rewan made an effort to comprehend our needs, ask questions, and even handled some small issues quite efficiently. The tour guides were pretty amiable with our two- and five-year-old children, and they made them feel comfortable. Overall, we heartily endorse them because they are skilled and knowledgeable about the needs of their clients. Egypt is breathtakingly gorgeous; it transports you back to the opulent Pharaonic era. In Luxor, we were delighted to view the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Karnak, the Valley of the Queens, and Cairo's pyramids are without a doubt the greatest man-made structure. The museum provides further cultural context. It is my belief that everyone who travels to Egypt connects with this magnificent country. We are grateful to Team Memphis for making our trip unforgettable.
