Kharga - In the morning, drive to Kharga Oasis to visit the Temple of Hibis, the Christian tombs of Bagawat, and the old town of Kharga. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the oasis, then drive to visit the Nadora Fortress area. Overnight camping.
Luxor
Luxor - From Kharga, head to Baris Oasis (90 km) to visit the Temple of Dush. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then proceed to Luxor (300 km). Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Luxor.
Luxor Nile Cruise
Luxor - Transfer to visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Take an excursion to Luxor Temple to see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Continue to Karnak. Transfer to the Nile Cruise, boarding before lunch. Lunch on board. Overnight stay in Luxor.

Aswan – Sharm
Abu Simbel - (Optional, not included) Depart to visit the Temple of Abu Simbel, the colossal temple built by Ramses II (19th Dynasty) and recently saved from the Nile’s inundation. The temples, carved from a sandstone rock cliff, feature representations of the deities to whom they were dedicated on their massive facades. Nearby, the small Temple of the King’s wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, was also saved. Return to Aswan.
Transfer to Aswan airport and depart by plane to Sharm. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Sharm.

Begin climbing Moses’ Mountain at 2:00 am and descend at 7:00 am. Then visit St. Catherine Monastery, one of the world’s most famous monasteries, dedicated to Saint Catherine, who was martyred for her faith. Transfer to Dahab for relaxation. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Dahab, then return to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Overnight in Sharm El Sheikh.

Alexandria - A tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to begin your tour of Alexandria. Start with the Library of Alexandria, the largest library in the world, now housing 8 million books. Visit its open court and free museums. Note: The Alexandria Library is closed on Fridays and public holidays. An extra ticket is required to enter the reading area. Then visit the site of the Lighthouse, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, now home to the Qaitbey Castle. Explore the royal gardens of King Farouk, the last king in Egypt’s history, and see the royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek, as well as the queens’ royal beaches. Continue the tour by visiting the city’s largest and most beautiful mosque, the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, along with the memorial of the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria and the statue of Alexander the Great.
Sakkara Tour
Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - A guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure, built in the 3rd Dynasty (around 2630 BC) for King Djoser. Then transfer to Memphis, founded by King Menes, the capital of Old Egypt during the Old Kingdom, and a center of rule and culture for over 3,000 years. See the Statue of Ramses II. On the way south, visit the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid at Dahshur. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
