Cairo - At 7:00 AM, our expert tour guide will arrive at your hotel in Cairo or Giza, holding a sign with your name. You will be transported in a private air-conditioned car for a drive to Alexandria, approximately 220 kilometers away from Cairo. The journey will take around 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - Your first stop will be the Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa, a famous tomb in Alexandria. Here, you will witness a captivating blend of Roman and ancient Egyptian art, showcased in a unique three-level design.
Alexandria - you will visit the Roman Theater, constructed with beautiful marble stones. The theater’s floor boasts a large section of mosaic, adding to its grandeur.
Alexandria Library - visit to the renowned Alexandria Library, the second-largest library in the world. Immerse yourself in its vast collection of knowledge and appreciate its impressive architecture.
Fort Qaitbey - Afterward, you will explore the Qaitbey Citadel, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the Cornish, a waterfront promenade offering scenic views.
Alexandria - Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant during the day, with the meal included in the tour package. However, beverages will not be included and can be purchased separately.
Pompey’s Pillar - Continuing the tour, you will visit Pompey’s Pillar, an ancient monument, as well as the remains of the ancient Library of Alexandria. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore the Roman Amphitheater, an open-air museum showcasing sunken artifacts.
