Great Tour by Haidy - Excellent tour, very worth for the price. Our guide was Haidy, she was very professional and friendly and made our tour a very positive experience. We were picked up from our hotel in a very modern and comfortable vehicle with A/C. We had a nice tour of the pyramids of saccara and giza, the sphinx and the memphis museum. Bottled water and snack was provided by our driver.

driver was good, tour organizer was awful, take 0 responsiblity and gaslighted me instead - the driver picked me up 15min late but messaged me beforehand so it was not an issue. i told him i wanted to do saqqara first, then giza, i did not want to see memphis. we went to saqqara and i paid Le25 for the car to enter the complex, it's very big and you really want a car to drive you from one site to the other especially if you're getting an all inclusive like i did. the driver also told me that since it was ramadan giza will be closing at 3pm so i knew how to budget my time because it was almost an hour drive to giza and giza takes around 2-2.5 hours depending on if you wanna go inside the pyramids and tombs or just walk around. we got to giza around 12:45, the driver told me to buy a ticket and bring my big bag with me (it had jacket, snacks, water coz this was an all day tour and we didn't stop for breakfast and lunch) coz it had to go through xray at the tourist entrance, and he will meet me on the other side of the gate inside the complex. so after 10min i was inside and couldn't find him, i messaged him and he said he's still waiting for the company to send him a car pass to enter. he asked me to wait 5min. i send him a pic of the umbrella area where i was waiting coz it's super hot as it was noon. 15min later (13:09) and i'm still waiting, he said he will send his friend to meet me and get my bag from me because he still could not enter. 5min later friend comes to the umbrella area and take my bag from me and i decide to start walking because it was already 13:14 and i was told giza closes at 15:00 and neither of us know when the company will send him a car pass to enter the complex. the driver was very apologetic about this and kept saying sorry throughout because he knew that as part of a tour, the car could be driving me from one pyramid to another, the area is huge and it would take you at least 1.5 hours to walk under the afternoon sun. the next time i hear from him is 13:40 saying i should message him when i'm done. i assume that's the only time he was able to finally enter the complex. he did not offer to meet me wherever i was to drive me around. this was a bad experience because after 3.5 hrs of walking in saqqara i was really tired and really preferred the car inside. even the security guard in that umbrella area told me my driver should be driving me around. the day after tour organizer messages me on whatsapp asking i rate them 5 stars. i told him that was not gonna happen after they made me walk around giza because they didn't have the car pass for the car. then the tour organizer instead of apologizing, started gaslighting me and said "you only had to wait 20min, what's the problem?" NO, THE CAR ONLY ENTERED THE COMPLEX AT 13:40 - THAT IS 45MIN LATER. and even by that time, car did not offer to meet me wherever i was to drive me around. secondly, giza closes at 15:00, did you really think making me wait for 45min was a good idea when no one was sure when you were gonna produce this car pass in the first place??? you talk as if we all know for sure car was gonna be able to enter at 13:40. i was initially gonna give them 3 stars, but because of the tour organizers bad attitude, it's now a 1. i think you should learn to admit when you are wrong and take responsibility for your mistakes. i post here screenshot proof of my whatsapp chat with the driver and in case this site takes it down, you can pm me and i will show you. the time stamps in the chat are all 1 hr ahead because i screenshot it all when was in Doha on my flight back home and they are 1 hr ahead, apparently whatsapp adjusts the time based on time zones. the tour organizer was arguing with me when in was in Doha and that's when i screenshot everything to save as proof. TL;DR Driver was good, tour organizer was bad.
