A Late Start, But a Warm Welcome

Our adventure began with a bit of a hiccup. Despite our best efforts to be punctual, we misunderstood the instructions and arrived 30 minutes late to the meeting point. As a seasoned traveler, I know how stressful these situations can be, especially with kids in tow. However, the company was incredibly accommodating. They arranged for another van to come back and pick us up, which was a huge relief. This level of customer service set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

I must admit, the physical demands of the tour were more than I anticipated. Pulling ourselves out of the water onto rocky surfaces required a fair amount of upper body strength and courage. We wore our tennis shoes, which provided good grip on the rocks, though they were a bit cumbersome for swimming. The company does offer alternative footwear if you provide your shoe size in advance.
