Additional Information

Calatagan, despite being somewhat overlooked when it comes to beach outings in Batangas, perhaps due to its beaches that frequent low tides, promises an exciting adventure. We’ll embark on a unique journey along the Calatagan region’s waters atop a floating bamboo hut, towed by a smaller boat. This voyage is not only fun-filled but safe as well, making it ideal for families and children alike, given the shallow depths of the waters.

In addition, our journey will see us make a detour to Tagaytay where we will take in the breathtaking sights of Taal Lake and the Taal Volcano.

Head south for a revitalising break and explore the Little Boracay situated in Calatagan, Batangas! Just a stone’s throw from the city, the crystal-clear water bodies, silky soft sands, and an abundance of sea life never fail to leave visitors bewitched.

Get a chance to dine in the heart of the ocean on a floating cottage!

* Complimentary pick up/drop off facilities available from your hotel in Makati, Taguig, Ermita (Manila), Malate (Manila), and Pasay. Pick up/ Drop off outside these regions could lead to extra charges.

A joyful experience - A great city with varieties and diversities. The city has mire life and is lively and the people are kind - mostly. Be carefull with bars and being dragged into it by people around it. The live music is amazing in the bars

Highly reccomended - We rode the bamboo cottage up to batangas and it was amazing. We stopped for some food in Tagaytay and went around 4 different locations along little boracay. Tour guide Gerald and driver Malone are the best, great hospitality and cooked us a great lunch.

Island Hopping - Whoa 😳 let me start by saying, this YOLO crew are amazingly phenomenal! Thanks for touring me around your beautiful country I truly appreciate and enjoyed every moment of it and places we went to! Mark, Mark, man you’re awesome your knowledge of the town, people, places, things, history and the list go on, just your knowledge of the country you kept sharing that is the tour I paid for History in its finest form the start of my tour to the end it was filled with great memories and information to remember. I appreciate everything you did, I didn’t feel like I was neglected or lost, it was more of a feeling of accomplishment and fitting right in. Pedro our driver you’re not as a crazy scary driver you did wonderful even though you were giving a tour van that the company knew something was wrong with it but still sent you with to pick up a client to tour was very wrong doing which cost us 3hours lost of time,, not so good!! But you Pedro handled it well and still got us to our destination,, and because of that I was also able to visit the meat market while we wait on another van and got the real experience of the people, walking the streets which was awesome by itself and I love it 🥰 and appreciate Mark and his wife Maki for taking me on that walk.. I’ve nothing negative to say just everything was well planned and Executed. Thanks 😊 again Love Fred… (Frederica)

Amazing - Long drive from Paranaque but it was worth it. Calatagan beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed the water so much so that I got sun burnt. I forgot to apply sunscreen so make sure you do so. We also tried kayaking, banana boating and jet skiing which are super fun activities. My family enjoyed it so much!!! Yves and our driver made sure we were okay.

Amazing Snorkel Day - The trip was so fun! The tour guides were very kind and informative! They were also great DJs for the long drive, we sang all the way there and back! They cooked fish and chicken on the bbq and it was delicious! The floating cabins and views came together for an amazing trip! I highly recommend Joann and Pedro!!!

Absolutely awful, consider a scam - I thought this would be a great way to spend a day long layover in Manila for my family after traveling in Bali. I booked three weeks in advance. On the drop down menu for the tour, the airport was listed as a pick up/drop off point, but the night before my flight to the Philippines, I received a call from the tour guide that I would need to pay an additional $50 to be picked up at the airport and that my tour was then considered a private tour, rather than what I had booked because there were no other customers. We changed our last $50 into pesos and they picked us up. It took 3.5 hours to get to the location (advertised as 2 hours) with very little traffic on the way. The guide was very thoughtful and knowledgable. We learned that she was fired this day for disagreeing with her boss about the airport pick up fees. The location was horrendously dirty. Trash floating in the water. Snorkeling equipment was all broken and dirty. I got very ill from Bali Belly and we had to leave early, which was a god send. The drive back to the airport was 4.5 hours long, so I basically paid for 8 hour in a crappy van at the cost of nearly $600. I will advise Viator to drop this tour.
