Ride was fine - The ride was fine and I enjoyed it. I was charged though in US dollars rather than in Canadian and although I pointed it out, the message was ignored.

Good shuttle ride - long walk in Banff to hotel - Van driver was courteous and shuttle was on time. Only drawback was that drop off was quite a ways from our hotel in Banff.

Prompt efficient but beware of drop off place - Prompt and efficient service, however we booked a drop off at our hotel, but were told one day before the journey that there was a surcharge for this, luckily the drop off was only a 7min. walk for us, but could have been a lot further.

Bad pickup instructions - Not clear about pick up location. Showed 15 mins early and never saw the shuttle. I contacted them and no response

Vivo Green is the WORST shuttle company! - Vivo Green shuttle company is unreliable and unprofessional. I am a woman and I was travelling solo. I had the worst experience with this company, because their shuttle never came to pick me up from the airport and they left me stranded and worried all alone at night, and I was two hours away from my destination and this was their last shuttle of the day. Later I learned from a few people that this company has a bad reputation of sometimes not showing up for pick up of their customers. They will take your money and may never show up to deliver the service. Vivo Green is terrible! They do not care about their customers' safety or their commitment to bring you to your destination. Do not trust their positive reviews! I believe they are fake. If you want a great and reliable shuttle company from Calgary to Banff, then go with BANFF AIRPORTER shuttle company. It is a little more expensive than Vivo Green, but it is worth it, and you will be picked up and delivered on time and safely to your destination. Banff Airporter helped me that night and I arrived at my hotel around 1 am.
