Great experience and lovely pictures. Wished that a couple of physical prints were included in the base package.

I think the ball bit and the area is super fun idea, but the staff were not as interested in promoting other things. They loved laughing and giggling with the kids in the ball pit but that was about it. I didn’t know there was other things there to offer? And it wasn’t busy at all on our visit. When there was no photos to take, the staff were sitting the corner and playing on their phones. In addition, some kids hate Santa photos. But us parents pay for it. I know it can make the Santa uncomfortable but if one of the two kids doesn’t do the photos, some discount should be offered OR have the photographer attempt crying or cluster photos. Some parents - as I - would like a choas photo with my kids and Santa than walking away with no photos with one kid. In addition, maybe offer Santa off to the side for kids that are struggling and offer the seat to parents and have Santa on the side. Maybe making it more accessible for toddlers who may be scared. Also just wanted to add that the photo is VERY far back. I would recommend having it in more, not so focused on the trees and stuff behind the stand his on. The white behind him could be replaced with something more accenting for the colours. The subjects in photo tend to get lost when posting the digital image.
