Great Fun-filled experience - Lake Tahoe Adventures did a great job for our Snowmobile Summit Tour. Pickup & drop off was convenient in the middle of town. Pricing was reasonable for 2 hours on the trails. The best part was our guide. Justine did a great job. She was very knowledgeable, kept us at a good pace for fun and stops. Location in the Hope Valley sno-park was beautiful. This was a great experience.

Best experience EVER - Can’t speak more highly of this company and everyone who works for them, from the bus driver to the person fitting our helmets everyone was great, I would like to shoutout Brent, our trail guide, he was patient, easy going, helpful and super informed about everything. I know there are a lot of snow mobile tour companies in Tahoe but you won’t regret your time with them, especially when competitors just send you on a basic track. Definitely ask for Brent to give you your tour I know we will next time we come!

Amazing Adventure! - We had so much fun! It was so neat to get off the beaten path and explore the mountain. We enjoy four wheelers at home, but had never operated a snowmobile. We loved every minute! The views were incredible, even spotting a coyote! Our guide, Brent, went out of his way to be sure we knew how to operate the snowmobiles safely and made sure we were all together and doing well along the way. He stopped to take our pictures and let the kids explore for a bit. Our two kids (5 yo girl & 10 yo boy) wanted to go again (so did we)! For a successful trip, DRESS WARMLY. Base, mid, and top wind proofed layers with a balaclava (esp for younger kids wo visor helmets) and waterproof gloves. You can always shed layers, but even on a sunny day you’re heading to a summit at around 40 mph. If sunny, wear sunglasses under your visor. If you have any questions, the office staff, including George were so helpful and informative.

Wish we could ride longer - The snowmobiling was a wonderful experience and I’ve been on other trips like this in other resort areas & this was well organized & legit. Just know that this is a huge operation and I couldn’t believe how many people they bussed in at a time. The four bus rides to & from your pick-up to the mountain, felt much longer than the snowmobiling itself. Not their fault … but wish the adventure itself was longer because it was so fun!

Beautiful vistas - Great snowmobile activity with stunning vistas around 7000 feet in national forest land. Megan was a great guide. Only minor negative is too much time on the bus. Very minor, considering where you wind up. Highly recommended!!

Actual ride and guide was... - Actual ride and guide was very good. Extremely busy - where safety felt compromised. Being asked to arrive 90 minutes early to fill out a one page form and pick up a helmet was such a waste. Thankfully we brought lunch so just ate in our car. Communication at headquarters was poor. Overall the trip was fun.

very unprofessional - we reserved the activity with plenty of notice. i emailed two days before to coordinate hotels and pickups. we got the hotel rooms and rented a big truck to be able to come up for the activity on Sunday. When we arrived, the place was closed and no one answered the door. I had received an email while driving up telling me they had cancelled. No explanations. just cancelled on the same day. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of professionalism. And emailing with me two days before just shows me that they don’t care about the customers. we wasted money and time and no one was there to even explain or apologize. I wouldn’t ever book an activity with this company again.
