Shaye - United States - My experience was wonderful! Chantha was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of both Siem Reap and Cambodia at large and spoke great English. He explained each step of the blessing process and its significance and then took me to the floating villages and a local street market, where he explained the importance of different foods and practices of Cambodian people. It was an overall great experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the Cambodian culture with a true local.

Unprofessional and unprepared service - Nobody came to pick us up at the hotel so we called the tour provider who was unaware of our tour. Driver came one hour late and took us to the monastery where they were clearly not expecting us; no temple tour, no explanation on Buddhism - blessing ceremony was done in 10 mins. Then he drove us to the lotus cafe that was closing so we couldn’t go in or try the desserts announced in tour description. He then drove us through a road and told us to look at the rice fields and then he would show us a lake; at this point we requested to go to our hotel. Good driver, very cordial, but clearly not a tour guide for this activity.
