100 out of 10!!! - If I can rate my tour guide, Kuyseila, I would give him 100 out of 10! As a Khmer American born in the US, he taught me so much and answered ALL of my questions. I asked him to speak Khmer to me so I can continue to learn more and he spoke very fluent English at times I could not comprehend Khmer. He took photos and videos for me as a solo traveler, and even took the time to create a video montage for me! To anyone who is on the fence with the decision of going or not, just do it! You will not regret it. Being a solo traveler on this excursion, Kuyseila made me feel like I was traveling with him as a friend rather than just a simple tour guide. Thank you, Kuyseila!!

Elephant tour and floating villages. - Lovely time with Seila at the rescue and retirement elephant sanctury and later the floating villages. My wife and I had a private tour for the day and we joined in with a few families at the elephant sanctury. Feeding walking, touching and washing the elephants. They seemed so gentle, quiet and actually smiley. The floating villages felt like a different world. There are 1 million people living on/near the lake and the village we visited had a population of 5,000 people. We were speechless. Not to be missed! Thank you Seila.

Up close and personal with the Elephants and some Real Cambodian culture. - Outstanding experience alongside some beautiful beasts and amazing hosts. The journey out is a drive through Cambodian agriculture, and increasingly narrow dirt roads before you get to an unassuming entrance and some fantastic hosts. The experience starts by making some elephant food which I can tell you the elephants love! Might be best to remove your rings though! That’s followed by a “meet the elephants” (they are lovely and full of character!) and feeding session. Then it’s a bit of a roam through the sanctuary with them and a chance to get up close and personal. Beautiful animals. From there we headed out to the Floating town on Tonle Sap lake via the local guide boats. It’s a bit chaotic at times but our guide was awesome taking us through the history of the area and answering all our questions. It’s also a great way to see more of the real Cambodia. The camera opportunities are fantastic - many snap worthy moments. Highly recommended.

Honorable Experience of a Lifetime - It was an awesome experience to be amongst the largest land mammal. To be able to be even allowed to be amongst their presents was simply an honor. To touch and feel the hair follicles on their foreign skin was truly astonishing. They are highly sensitive animal which are truly connected to the earth we share. I highly recommend it.

Highly Recommend!! - An incredible tour experience with great guide Sothoun! First stop was Kulen Elephant Forest Sanctuary where I was so pleased to see a true ethical animal sanctuary for these beautiful creatures. The staff were fantastic, funny, and have a genuine love for the elephants in their care. The facilities and the lunch provided were top quality. Next stop was Kampong Phluk (Floating Village). Such a unique place where the local community rely heavily on the fishing and now ecotourism. While there I was also able to see crocodiles which was unexpected but very cool. Lastly, we stopped by a local Hand Craft studio whose profits go to support the local Free Children’s Hospital. Initially I was uncertain about booking this tour because it was a bit more expensive than I was wanting to spend but after experiencing it I can confidently say that it is worth every penny!!

Amazing experience, worth every penny! - We had the most incredible day with Sam, our guide, and Van, our driver. Both went above and beyond to ensure we had a personalized and unforgettable experience, accommodating all of our wishes and helping us tick a few boxes off our must-do list. Since we had some extra time after pick-up at 11:30 before our Elephant tour booking at 14:00, Sam agreed to a visit to the National Museum in Siem Reap. We spent an hour there exploring Cambodia's rich history and culture, which was a fantastic way to kick off the day. Next, we headed to the Elephant Sanctuary, which is an absolute must-do for animal lovers. They currently have three rescued elephants who are clearly well cared for and happy to interact with visitors. The experience was amazing—we got to feed them fruits and rice balls (which we helped prepare), pat them, and join them for a mud bath and river bath. It was so much fun and truly one of those unforgettable "core memory" moments. Worth every penny (pls note that the entry to the Elephant park in itself is 150 usd, included in what you pay to the company) After the sanctuary, we visited Kampong Pluk for a private boat cruise toward the sunset. Sam gave us the option to watch the sunset either from the boat (the best view) or from a bar platform (which looked very overcrowded). We chose the boat, and it was perfect. Just before sunset, a sweet local lady paddled her boat up to ours, selling beers, soft drinks, and snacks. It added such a charming touch to the experience, and the sunset views over the water were absolutely stunning. On the way back, we had a craving for night street food, specifically roasted duck and crispy pork. Sam and Van didn’t just agree—they actively scouted every stall along the way to find exactly what we were looking for. Their dedication paid off, and we ended the day happily enjoying our delicious street food. Both Sam and Van went the extra mile throughout the day, making sure everything was tailored to our interests and needs. Their flexibility, attention to detail, and friendliness made this one of the best tours we’ve ever had. We cannot recommend them enough for anyone visiting Siem Reap—you won’t regret it!

Great tour experience - Our guide Sothoun was knowledgeable and friendly. Told us about local culture on the drives and at the fishing village. The elephant experience was amazing and a highlight of our whole trip! Getting to feed, pet, and walk with them as they look for food along the forest trails was a super memorable experiment.

Best Tour Guide Ever! - Seila was an exceptional tour guide in every way - in fact, the best tour leader we have ever encountered in our travels. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and kind. At the end of our awesome day, we didn't want to say goodbye as Seila had become our friend. We want to give him the very highest recommendation possible.
