Drivers saved my wallet! - An excellent way to see and get to know Cambridge, which is notoriously difficult to drive around/through - and a big ‘thank you and well done’ to the driver(s) who found my lost wallet and returned it to me with a smile on their next circuit! 10/10

A must do bus ride in Cambridge - Bus was on time, the drivers were excellent and very friendly. Great experience would recommend it to anyone visiting Cambridge, we saw everything there was to see and could hop on hop off where we wanted.

An excellent option to learn about the city. - We paid £14 each as seniors for a ride we thought might only last 40 minutes but it was well over an hour. The commentary provided was excellent, and very clear. Small earphones are available free but as a hearing aid user I never find them helpful, The free map provided is also excellent. i was very impressed with our driver especially when he had to negotiate a very narrow gap, thanks to an ambulance parked opposite another vehicle.

Really great way to see a beautiful city! - We had a super trip on the bus. The service was very easy to use and the driver was very kind in giving us some advice on where to get lunch. I have lived in Cambridge for quite some time and, even for me, the audio-description was really informative - I did not know that the rules of football were inveted in Cambridge!

Recommended Hop on hop off tour experience - This hop on hop off bus tour provides a very good introduction to the Cambridge area. If you have a few days in Cambridge and have never been before It is well worth considering doing this tour early on during your visit. The commentary provided is very interesting, and it is definitely worth staying on the bus for the whole route (which takes around 90 minutes).

Rattling bus, dreadful experience. Commentry good what could be heard above rattles. - Very loud rattling bus. Loud irritating, repeating, annoying music between commentary. Commentary good but could only catch half of it due to the terrible bus.

A rattling, loud, annoying hop on hop off and stay off. - We thought the hop on hop off bus was terrible. The commentary what we could hear of it was actually quite interesting. Unfortunately the bus rattled so much and very loudly we could only catch a small portion of the talk. The music in between the commentary was loud, repetitive and very, very annoying. An absolute waste of money and time.

Service not running and no refund - Bus service not running and could not get a refund despite emailing a full explanation. How unfair can this be. I now have to contact PayPal for help in obtaining my money back. Also tele no. on booking confirmation is unobtainable Will not use this company again.
