Wonderful tour informative and entertaining. - Great guide, easy going, answered every question. Or guide Austin, presented our group with lots of information, in the most enjoyable way.

MIT Tour - We found this an informative tour of the MIT campus. In a short time Issy covered a number of the various buildings and happily answered all of our questions.

Definately recommended - Great tour and very informative. Despite the heavy rain a large group still attended with no grumbles.

AMAZING. Must do for MIT fans and even those who are brought along by the fans (like me) - Fantastic tour. A must go for any MIT fans and would recommend even for those who like me have little initial interest (my fiancé wanted to do this). Because of the tour we also were able to visit buildings that were otherwise locked on the weekend. I left feeling very inspired, in awe and wonder. It was also highly entertaining and educational! Loved as well the highlights of women scientists, the bits about the MIT hacks, and discussions about what the pedagogy is like. Vic the tour guide gave us very clear instructions on where to first meet up and clearly planned, refined and thought through a lot of great areas to highlight during the tour. I especially liked how she spoke off script and would answer every question we would throw at her. I appreciated what MIT does differently from other institutions of higher education. Plus she made it fun. Lots of jokes, interesting culture tidbits and kindness, while generally also keeping us on schedule. Would highly recommend the tour to anyone.

Average - Uninspiring, and non-engaging guide. Lacked pride and salesmanship. No maps were provided as indicated on the tour description.

Cancelled at short notice - The tour was cancelled with 3 hours notice because of illness. Difficult to believe that a replacement guide could not be found.

Poor customer service - I reached out to the contact on my ticket to let them know I was running a little late for the 1:30 pm tour and they informed me that I could wait for the 2pm tour which turned out to be non-existent. I tried reached out at 2 pm when I was at the meeting spot and got an automated message instead.
