Explore one of the most haunted cities in the country and uncover the chilling history of Cambridge on our 60-minute ghost tour. Wander through eerie streets where ghostly apparitions have been reported for centuries. Hear tales of the restless spirit that haunts a local pub and the ghost of Oliver Cromwell, said to linger at Sidney Sussex College. Be intrigued by the strange occurrences at Peterhouse that made headlines nationwide.
This walking tour is conducted in English and takes place outdoors. Indoor access to structures is not included unless specifically booked as an additional option. For possible entry to specific colleges, we recommend arranging this in advance.

Gather outside the entrance of King’s College on King's Parade.
Your guide is in royal blue attire, such as a jacket, cap, beanie, or polo shirt with a shielded crest. If you're having trouble finding them, please, approach anyone in this attire and kindly ask.

Great family night out - Franchesco was a great guide and very knowledgeable of the area and it's ghosts. It was so scary we even saw a UFO!

Great stories - thanks Lynsey - Lynsey was a fab guide - lots of detailed stories and really knew her stuff. Very interesting. Was worried it might be similar route to normal walking tour but it was nicely different. Very glad I did it.

Ghostly Goings on! - Fantastic tour with Francesco, he brought to life the ghostly goings on of Cambridge past and present with aplomb despite the rain! Listen to tales tales of Oliver Cromwells missing head, the poor suffering ‘Witches’ in market square and why you must never close the window at the Eagle Pub. All this and more delivered with enough of a spooky edge and a little humour to boot. A perfect hour with a Cambridge Alumni sharing the macabre side of various colleges. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic guide! Thanks Lindsay! - Our guide was Lindsay, and she really made the tour interesting! She was knowledgeable, funny and really engaging. She made the tour interactive and relevant to our group and had so many interesting facts that really made you wonder about the ghostly occurrences, I was fascinated to know more!
She was so helpful and friendly and even when the tour had finished, she gave us some other interesting information. And later when we bumped into her again on her bicycle she stopped to chat and tell us more! She’s so generous with her time and is committed to making visitors feel welcome and familiar with Cambridge.
We’d highly recommended her for anyone’s tour, she’s fab! Thanks again Lindsay!
