Great fun and informative - Interesting and fun without being too scary for children. Our guide Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable and was particularly patient with some young children on the tour.

Entertaining and informative walk - The walk was much more interesting than I had anticipated! Ben, our guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We went with our two children, aged 5 and 9, and thanks to Ben’s ability to engage with them as well as the adults on the walk, they thoroughly enjoyed it too! Would highly recommend it if you like Cambridge, ghostly tales, or both!

Great evening out - Very interesting stories, we discovered hidden parts of Cambridge, and a chance to stop and ponder the beauty of the city on our doorstop. I will be repeating some of what I learned to family and friends for years!

Great if you like being shown spooky history at night, wrap up warm - Had a great experience with our tour guide Chuck. He was interesting, knowledgeable, engaging & funny… he delivered the goods! Telling us the great stories around the history of spooky ghost sightings in Cambridge. It was only the 2 of us on his tour this Tues night in Dec, but he still went all in so he was a pro. Was told that groups can be as big as 30 on spookier weekends

Unique, must do your - We were looking for a different experience in Cambridge and this was the ideal choice. After visiting the city 4 times we ran out of options, and this tour took us to new places and brought a new perspective to places we have already visited. Really interesting stories! Some a bit scarier than others 👻

Ghost Tour Cambridge - Having done a ghost walk a couple of years ago in Cambridge I was excited to book again for friends who hadn’t been to Cambridge before. We met Chuck our guide at the Bridge, we were a couple of minutes after 7, and were greeted by Chuck who informed us he was about to leave! As there was only four of us on the tour I began to introduce the group by name and was informed not to bother as he wouldn’t remember our names. Which kind of set the tone for the rest of the evening. Chuck had lots of stories and anecdotes to share as we walked through the streets, colleges and old buildings, when asking questions some were answered and others we were told to leave till the end, which we had to remind him of when we came to the end of the tour. I think I was comparing to the walk I’d done previously which felt much more relaxed and atmospheric, which was probably unfair to Chuck, it was an informative walk and Chuck was very knowledgeable, but didn’t like us taking photos whilst he talked, even though we were listening intently, and at one point two of us missed a turning and lost the group, which was probably our fault for not being quick enough! Which again we were berated for for not keeping up with the guides pace.

A waste of money. - The leader liked to talk about himself. The delivery of rather uninteresting stories was poor. I enjoyed listening to the organ being played in Kings College, what a shame it wasn't a part of the tour.
