Grizzly excursion, great!! - We had an incredibly beautiful day. Parking of the RV can be 100 meters away (free) and the welcome was cordial and the breefing good. The boat trip to the Toba inlet was about 2 1/2 hours sailing and Captain Jos stopped for the Orcas we saw along the way. The boat was comfortable and you could sit inside and stand on the aft deck outside to take pictures. Upon arrival the guides of the Klahoos “tribe” were already waiting for us and they showed us the Grizzlies. We didn't get them on a platter, but the guides did everything they could and we enjoyed the sight of the 3 Grizzlies. What beautiful animals! We spent about 4 hours with the bears and commuted from viewing platform to viewing platform. During the return trip by boat we got a more than excellent packed lunch and we also saw killer whales and a sea otter. Had a great day and very satisfied with Eagle Eye Adverntures! Also nice that owners are (were) Dutch.

Want to go again!! - Wonderful excursion! Compliments for the Klahoose guides, especially Troy gave nice explanations, also about his ancestors. Enjoyed the view of grizzly Patience which consumed 3 salmon during the time we were there. You have to be patient, we only saw a bear in our third place, but that is part of the tension. Beautiful boat trip to Toba Inlet where we see orcas, whales, porpoises, bald eagle, seal and sea lion.

Absolutely amazing, would do it again. - We had a great day, our skipper, Andreas, was very engaging and knowledgable. Upon arrival at the Klahoose Nation site, we were warmly greeted and taking to the viewing locations. We managed to see a bear cub and mother almost immediately and we were able to get some amazing photos. Altogether a great day out and some great scenes of British Columbia.

Awesome day with the grizzly bears! - We had a wonderful and intimate experience observing grizzly bears on this tour. We were well looked after by our tour guide Nova, and the team of Klahoose First Nations guides. We learnt about their indigenous culture and they shared stories of the area and their experiences with the grizzly bears in the area. We had a fantastic time!

amazing - Amazing time. Despite only a brief glimpse of a grizzly it was a wonderful trip. The bonus seeing orcas and a humpback whale on the way back Would thoroughly recommend Eagle Eye Adventures their knowledge alongside their humour make it a great experience

An excellently organized tour but you may be unlucky. - An excellently organized tour. A very comfortable boat, small group (max 12), excellent lunch and enthusiastic, knowledgeable guide. The welcome by the local guides was professional and the surroundings are impressive. However, it remains a wildlife excursion so there is no guarantee. So we spent 5 times in a viewing hut for 30 minutes and only saw 1 eagle. The organization also found this very annoying (you get a 25% discount voucher for next time, but that is not of much use during a tour). On the way back we saw sea lions and a glimpse of Orcas. I can certainly recommend the excursion, but you may be unlucky.

We will come back again! - First: safety, for everyone a lifevest and explanation. Second: lunch and drinks were good and enough Third: guidance: Jos told about the whales, the surrounding, the Klahoose people and the bears during the trip. Perfect. And more: Explanation about the trip was clear. We saw 5 bears in total and had a wonderfull day. Not only bears but there was time for other animalls to. The extra attention for our autistic daughter was nice. If you wanna have the best day of your holiday, book a tour with Eagle Eye Adventure. Tip: Jos makes the most beautifull photo's. Make a little screen in front of the boat whit a slideshow of your most Lively pictures.

A rain check. - Our first adventure was a wonderful day full of scenery, whales and wonderful scenery. But no bears. Eagle eye gaves us a rain check voucher and we were able to book again. Our second adventure started out grey and misty with lots of rain. Our host this time was Joss, a larger than life man with a great sense of humour. This time we saw humpbacked whales on the way out but did not stop due to the poor weather. We got to Toba again and got on the bus with the guides. The first two stops came up empty. Our hopes started to fall. The third stop was the one. We found a bear in the river and then it's two friends appeared. We spent a long time with these bears who got on eating without taking any notice of us. The fourth and last stop there was a lone bear who was crusing the bank looking for fish. He walked right past and then walked off into the bush. We all left Toba excillerated. On the return we bumped into a pod of orca. A great day out and our stories of the day will be with us for years. Many thanks all.

Few Bears unfortunately - We were hoping to see Grizzly bears fishing for salmon, but that was not the case, we did all the observatories. Just before leaving we saw a bear in the forest. We were very disappointed. However, the scenery is beautiful and our Guide on the Andreas boat was great, he translated everything into French.
