After visiting the surroundings of the town, we will take local transportation to make a stop at a family and/or community craft cave, where they will be given an explanation and demonstration of jipi japa weaving by our artisans from the region. We will walk through history through the streets of Becal and visit the Cathedral of the Virgin of Nativity, the historic center and the monument to the hats, where we end the tour.
Returning to Campeche we will visit the community of Pomuch where we will visit the artisanal bakeries and the cemetery of exposed bones where they honor their dead from the Mayan worldview.
