Great Rafting Trip! - Such a wonderful trip! The guides are amazing, and the water and views are beautiful! It was a fun time and an excellent part of our vacation!

Wild ride - This is an incredible adventure not for the faint of heart. The guides were welcoming and funny but safety was paramount. The rafting was spectacular. We saw families of white face monkeys and one raft saw a boa(sadly not me). The rapids were running and the drops we’re exhilarating

Rafting in Costa Rica is a MUST! - Leo was our guide and he was AWESOME!!! Top notch would recommend and would do again! You will absolutely get soaking wet fast drying clothes and or a swimsuit was the way to go. The ride to the river was about 30 minutes and going down the river was about 1.5 hours and the ride out from the river was a little longer about 40 minutes giver or take! The guides love what they do and they do an amazing job!!! Make all equipment adjustments before you hop on the raft and make sure you have a strap for your shades! When you stop to sign the waiver they have sunglass straps in the store. Water shoes or serious adventure sandals are a must! If you don’t mind wet shoes sneakers would work too! But you want shoes/sandals that stay on your feet.

First time family whitewater rafting/ Costa Rica - What an adventure! I’m not gonna lie, I was so nervous! Costa Rica had a lot of rain so the river was high and very fast. Jorge (Horhay) was the guide in our raft and the lead for the group of guides. He was so amazing and very safe. We fully trusted him. The whole group of rafting guides were so knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. My kids were in a different raft and their guide was just as good!! In our group alone, we had seven. It was a family trip. For my kids it was the highlight! The view down the river is breathtaking. I do recommend wearing a long sleeve water shirt. It’s the rainforest so it will consistently be raining or at least a light rain. You need watershoes so buy them before if you know that you’re gonna be doing whitewater rafting. If you do not have them, they will take you to a place where you can buy them. If you can, try to go to the local market so you can buy some coffee as well or souvenirs. There was a variety of ages who were rafting. There were kids that I would say were around 12 to people in their 60s. We booked through Big Papi and our driver (tour guide) was Alex - Alexonthebeach. I would recommend this company and tour guide. They were amazing! Very trustful and knowledgeable.

Amazing experience!!! - This trip was absolutely amazing! Our rafting guide is Kevin, and he gets five stars with exceptional service, guidance, and a warm personality. We will definitely do this tour again when we return to Costa Rica. Highly recommend!

Absolute blast!! - We were a group of 5, so we were split into 2 separate rafts. Our guide was Felipe while my mom and sister were paired with Emma. Both guides took excellent care of us! Felipe was very familiar with the wildlife and taught us about the garza tigre (tiger heron in English). He was hilarious too, always cracking jokes and splashing the others. Our raft did flip at one point (by chance, not by fault of the guide or of our own) and he made sure we made it back on safely. Would highly recommend RCR rafting if you're planning on exploring the Tenorio river!!

Absolute blast!! - This tour is one of a kind from beginning to end!! The tour guides are awesome!! The photos taken by the staff are amazing!! Highly recommend!!

White Water Rafting at its best - Amazing adventure. Great organization. Superb service. Great value. Quite the adventure going through the Class III and IV rapids. Afterwards, a very nice lunch and great pictures captured by the photographer. Many thanks to Mario, Jason and Junior for guiding us through the river. Well done amigos. Pura vida.
